It was clean and it suited my needs

Clean, convenient, comfortable.

I chose this hotel because it says a shuttle bus is included, but they failed to say the operating hours of that shuttle bus. Very dirty with bugs, paper thin walls I could hear my neighbour snoring, flush the toilet..

Great place to stay if you in town for couple days

Close to the airport. Room was super basic but it was clean.

The room was clean but the hallway smelled strongly like weed. We will not stay there again.

Everyone was so kind and helpful. The room smelled clean thru the whole visit, no bugs, both the mattress and boxspring had protectors.

There was a party in the lobby that was too much for the front deak staff member to co teol himself. The language was discgusting and rhe noise was unacceptable. We arrived late and had a small window to cstch some.aleep before an early morning flight. We caught the shuttle at 345 to go to the airport and the party was still going with booze, weed and noise. 3 different parties plus myself shared thwir dialike for the night we stayed there. I will nevwr stay there again. Ill never recommend it and would honestly like a refund. We didnt sleep a wink and the lobby was an absolute joke. Hopefully this doeant happen to future guests. Completely unacceptable

We booked thids hotel based on the fact it was listed as dog friendly from Quality Inns, google and more. We have a certified therapy/show/actor dog and after they watched us go to our room, they waited two hours before coming to ask us to leave despite the conflicting information on their website. When we showed them, they said they would charge us a cleaning fee, which we had to accept because we had already started working on our trade show photography that night and had to be back by 6AM, a 2.5 hour drive. The room was not clean. Long black curly hair on the bed (about 10 hairs in a clump) same hair on the toilet and shower floor. The amenities in the room were in very rough shape, and there wasd a ton of dirt on the floor and trapped where the floor doesn't meet the wall, with dead bugs in the are under the closet. The carpet in the hallways was awful, the surrounding property filthy, trash everywhere. The doors had missing doorhandles, the walls and floors in rough shape. I was not happy about the cleaning fee or the wait until we got settled to ask us to leave and the denial that it was pet friendly to begin with. My dogs do not bark, they are trained, and even when they came to knock o the door, not a sound. Fix the website or honour the website. This hotel is in DIRTE need of some serious upkeep.

I give this place five stars. I’ve gone there a lot of times it’s good for me as close to the airport highway and restaurants.

Check-in with Ash was great, and the room was mid at best. Check-out with the other guy was less than polite, and I didn't love that.

This was an awful hotel. Bad service, garbage everywhere, dirty room, dirty sheets, people smoking and laying in the hallways at 1am even after I called the front desk. Terrible breakfast and took 2 hours to even get the advertised shuttle from the airport, even after several calls. This hotel should be removed and never offered again!

The hotel itself was very well kept nicely updated. Breakfast was fresh and lots of variety. Our complaint was the partying of a sports team till the wee hours of the night.
