Excellent location right in heart of Covent garden. Close to many theatres and 10 min walk to tube station to get around. Lots of restaurants and pubs close by. Rooms were comfortable and clean. Highly recommend this hotel for your London stay.

The booking had not been transferred to the hotel. However, Abdullah was extremely helpful. We had 2 drinks vouchers each (party of 3) and £75 off our food bill. We had 2 rooms instead of the 1 that I had booked, but felt the compensation was more than enough for this. The doorman was excellent. Breakfast was delicious. All in all, I felt it was money well spent and was definitely revisit in the future.

Generally good after a very slow queue for check-in (20 minutes). Friendly and attentive staff (although not quite enough of them?). Food great and cocktail bar fine. One of the main lobby lifts kept malfunctioning- nobody on had to fix it? - so there were some long waits there too (minimum 5 minutes at some times).

Room was clean but not spotless. Felt like it needed updating. Very small space considering we booked the Superior Queen. The bathroom was also tiny, I’m only 5’4” but struggled in the shower to move. The bed was the softest mattress I’d ever slept on, caused me backache. Shops nearby are good, boots pharmacy and a Tesco express, alongside the theatre if you’ve booked a show. Parking nearby in Covent Garden so not far to walk to the hotel while carrying luggage. We requested extra towels and milk which were provided within minutes. All of the staff very polite and helpful with any questions.

Excellent hotel on the whole, brilliant location and exceptional staff. Room was a good size though not the biggest we've ever stayed in, very clean and the bed was incredibly comfy. As a downside I'd point out that the shower didn't drain very well at all, meaning I had to stop & start several times per shower. There was some noise in the corridor overnight.

It was one of many visits to the Strand and Covent Garden, and the hotel always is a great consistent standard. The staff are always helpful, the room excellent and the breakfast great. It was busy but there are other times people can go to breakfast than between 9am and 9:30am.
