Professional, friendly helpful reception staff. Fully supported our requests. Restaurant staff not so friendly, but professional and prompt. Food was excellent (lunchtime menu)

Amzing hotel, lobely clean room with a very Comfortable bed. All staff were helpul and friendly. Fantastic cocktail bar. We also had food in the attached restaurant and the food was lovely.

Very clean room, loved the reusable water bottle, chocolate was a great touch. All staff helpful, friendly and professional

This would have been a 5 as this is our 3rd stay at this hotel we was disappointed at the room we book a queen size but I would say the bed was a double and the room was so so small it was on floor 9 in the roof the room was clean and modern but it was just too small for the price we paid we ask to change but no other rooms were available instead they gave us free breakfast and a free drink which was good of them but still I do fill the size of the room should have been mentioned in the booking.

The room was clean and modern. Great option to have the green option to not make up the room each day. However staying on a lower floor made it difficult to catch a lift with luggage when leaving.

Location great. Check in could be better, we booked a superior king, called ahead to have 2 duvets, got placed in 2 singles first. Managed to get the booked room , small cosy room with comfortable beds. We booked breakfast for our last day and that was a mistake, restaurant is being renovated and it is in temporary location that is struggling to cater for the number of guests. Biggest problem though the subpar quality of the breakfast buffet, best to be avoided.

Breakfast let us down as it was not served on haxalls restaurant but in a meeting room and we were very disappointed. The rooms and hotel itself was lovely

The first member of staff who greeted us was helpful and courteous. The manner of the second member of staff was less so. The first member of staff was assisting us with getting an early check in. He informed us that he had conveyed this to a particular member of the team at the main desk. We waited patiently for our turn and were told that she knew nothing about this. I said that we were happy to check up luggage in as half an hour had passed by then and our lunch booking at Cicorria was at 1pm and time was running short. We did end up getting an early check in as the first member of staff came back to the desk and was able to resolve the issue. We found the pillows were too soft. We were puzzled that there was only one chair in the room to sit at considering it was a king room. There were no hangers with clips. The bathroom was compact, a hook on the back of the door would have assisted with somewhere to hang a towel or clothing. The toilet roll holder was too low, (closer to floor level), you had to bend down to access the loo roll. There was a good selection of food at breakfast which was constantly being prepared and replenished.

Not sure the ac was working

Karla on reception found us a room for early check in so we could go out, room nice and clean, complimentary chocolate, biscuits, coffee and refillable water bottle with dispensers in corridors. Great location for Theatre and market, nice breakfast and would recommend for a short stay.

Room was very clean abd well serviced. The breakfast had a wide selection, very good and fresh. Hotel very central for visiting London sites and Theatres. Overall an excellent choice.

Rooms are presented lovely we had a compact but perfectly formed room, the beds are very comfortable. The hotel is in a wonderful position very close to numerous theatres. The staff are lovely, very welcoming. My only fault would be that there was no mini fridge/ drink chiller in the room. Not a deal breaker but something to consider.

Bfst on Sunday was chaos - no notification of refurb to restaurant given prior to arrival

Cleanness of room

Receptionist was really nice, room clean however very small, clean bathroom but shower was getting the floor wet as there was only half door. I liked the fact that we’ve been given plantbased water bottles which we could take home.

Had asked for a for a quiet room two weeks in advance. but claimed all was sold out. Ended up in a smaller room facing a courtyard. However, doors not soundproofed by any means. Do too noisy for me. Also I had to complain to get the 10% mobile discount. Not impressed! Tought the area is great!
