Our stay at the Cambridge Hotel Medan was very pleasant. We were greeted warmly by the receptionist, Ms. Fira. Check-in was quick and easy. One of our rooms was upgraded from a superior to a deluxe room. The hotel facilities were quite good: the room was clean, the bathroom clean, and the shower powerful. The hotel's location is truly strategic, close to Plaza Medan Fair, Center Point Mall, Medan Station, and also culinary spots that are also great souvenir shops. Every time we visit this hotel, this is our third time. We've stayed in a hotel room twice, and this time we tried an apartment. All the rooms we've stayed in have been equally comfortable, including cleanliness, amenities, service, and breakfast. We'll definitely be staying here again on our next trip.

My first stay here was an unforgettable staycation. The view from the house overlooks Medan. The bathroom is clean and fragrant. The bed is spacious and the room is spacious. The food is varied. Valet parking is also available.

I originally only wanted to stay for 2 hours. But I ended up extending my stay. It was really comfortable. The cleanliness was also great 👍👍👍. The breakfast was great. I was excited to have breakfast every morning, even though I normally don't 🤣. The Lontong Medan was top-notch. The rice cake was so soft. The tauco was delicious, just the right amount of saltiness, and the chilies were just the right amount of spiciness. The vegetables weren't overcooked, and the anchovies weren't too salty either. Perfect. And the bakwan was top-notch. Bite-sized. And the taste 👍👍👍👍👍. The pineapple was also great. It looked overripe but it wasn't, and the sweetness was what 👍👍👍👍. Another plus is the hotel's strategic location. If you don't have a car, it's easy to get a GoCar. There are also several delicious restaurants within walking distance. Check-in and check-out were also fast. Oh yeah, thumbs up to the lady at the egg station who wasn't wearing a hijab. Even while she was busy making eggs, she still responded to our requests with a smile and, once they were ready, promptly delivered them to our table. Even though I told her I'd get them later. Several times she was also ready to help us in other areas. Always on standby. I once ran out of fried fritters and asked her about it. She immediately refilled them. Super sincere service, as she didn't ask to be named in case I write a hotel review.

A truly enjoyable staycation with the family at the JW Marriott Medan. There are kids' activities, a variety of restaurants, and a children's pool.

This is my second stay at this hotel. The room is super clean, the furniture is very aesthetic, and the room is spacious and comfortable. I originally booked a smoking room because the non-smoking room was no longer available, but I made a special request to be upgraded to a non-smoking room, and it was approved. I received a welcome cake for the second time, and the receptionist, Mr. Fama, helped me with the service. The receptionist was humble and helpful as always. - Intan
