The airport is in Pengkalan Chepa, about 20 minutes from the beach. Cahaya Bulan Beach is approximately 20 minutes drive through 12 kilometres of road from Kota Bharu town, heading towards north of Pengkalan Chepa. If you are traveling by public transportation, you can take Bus No.10 from the bus station in the town centre. You can also rent a car to the beach. Fasten your seatbelt! the breathtaking journey will take about 20 to 25 minutes, depending on the traffic.
