I have to highlight the part where every staff is friendly, smiles written all over their face whenever we exchange a conversation. The hotel is in Bukit Bintang, located just behind Berjaya Times Square, which made it super convenient. There's a convenient store nearby, and the hotel itself has a café. The street also offers plenty of food options, so it's great for dining. The nearest station is the Imbi Monorail, which you can easily reach by walking through Berjaya Times Square. The room was very modern, spacious, and clean—one of the best I've stayed in. I stayed for 2 days, and they made sure to clean the room and refill amenities like water and tissue. There's also an iron available in the hallway. The receptionist was very helpful and available 24 hours without any extra charge. There was no deposit or extra charges during my stay, except for the tourism tax, which was rm 10 per night. Overall, a great stay with great value for the location and service!

The woman at the reception is very friendly and helpful, helping me upgrade to a park view room and late check-out. Overall, the staff is very pleasant. The room is very nice and clean. The buffet breakfast is delicious. The lift area is so nice also. Surely will stay here again next time.

I had a wonderful stay at the accommodation. Normally, I'm using hotels/apartments outside Bukit Bintang, but for the first time, I stayed nearby Bukit Bintang. The check-in experience was smooth and fast. I made the payment already via app, so the only payment needed to be done at check-in was the deposit via credit card. The staff and the security were also full of hospitality, so great experience! After that, I went to the unit. I booked a 1BR via app, and it was spacious and the unit was complete with all the necessities. It was clean and had daily cleaning services. I would totally recommend it if you wanna stay nearby Bukit Bintang. It was a small 10 min walk to Pavillion or the famous Jalan Alor street. Cheers!

The room was clean and spacious, perfectly suitable for a couple, with toiletries and a mini fridge provided. The location is excellent, easily accessible to public transportation at KL Sentral and close to many tourist attractions. There are also plenty of restaurants and minimarts within walking distance. A deposit of RM50 was required upon my check-in on 28/8/2025, but since I didn’t have cash at the time, the staff was very helpful and understanding. She kindly reminded me to ensure the hotel access card was returned upon check-out.

It was definitely one sweet and unforgettable stay. The Club Room is equipped with iron and iron board, free WiFi (super fast), free laundry for 4pcs of clothes, luxury toilet with motorized blinds and hot water. The king size bed was really cozy. The check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, with a minimalist décor that felt modern and welcoming. The fresh scent throughout the lobby created a very pleasant first impression. The room itself was lovely, very comfortable, and well equipped. The coffee maker was definitely a highlight, especially for my husband, who enjoyed it a lot. Another great point is that the hotel is directly attached to a shopping mall, which made it super convenient for us to grab food and do a little window shopping. Even though we arrived late, about an hour before the mall closed, we still managed to have our dinner there without any trouble. Overall, I’d say the stay was truly worth every penny, and I’ll definitely be coming back here whenever I’m in KL.

If you're looking for a nice neighborhood and vicinity to places such as a mall, food stalls, public parks, this is the best hotel. It's a bit far from Kuala Lumpur city center, but I took Grab from the Hotel to Cyberjaya/Putrajaya Train station (10 minutes drive) then head to Kuala Lumpur by KLIA express train, 17 minutes to KLCC. You can find everything you need in the DPulze Mall. Had a working microwave, fridge, stove, kettle, which was perfect! They provide us with amenities and utensils as well. Will stay here again in the future.

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay! The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area. Highly recommended for both business travelers and tourists looking for great value in a prime spot!

Easy Hotel Kuala Lumpur Sentral

Really good budget hotel. Room, bed, bathroom were clean. Check in and out process were quick and easy. Staff welcoming, we were given a drink at check in. The location is super convenient, literally right in front of a monorail station, and only a 7 minute walk through a mall to KL Sentral. Also only a 20 minute walk to the botanical garden and national museum, by cutting through this mall, exit KL Sentral on the other side, through another hotel's parking lot and crossing the motorway (accessible by foot, there's a pedestrian way). Would stay here again.
