The hotel is in a great location, close to the city center. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.

We checked in early as the room was available. Staff are very helpful. Rooms are good and clean. Good value for the money. Location also perfect.

The location is right in the middle of Orchard Road. Super convenient with elevators connecting you to the lower level full of shops and restaurants. The room is super nice in design and clean. Big bathroom. Highly recommended.

Hotel Bencoolen is a fantastic mid-range choice. The rooms are clean and efficient, but the real winner is the location—walking distance to the MRT and great local food. The staff was incredibly welcoming and made check-in a breeze. Excellent value for money in the heart of the city!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has easy access to shopping areas and the MRT. When I needed porridge at 2 a.m. to take my medicine because my illness had relapsed, I called the hotel staff, and they quickly helped make it for me even though the kitchen was closed.
