I recently stayed at the Grand Sahid Jaya Hotel in Jakarta, and my experience was very satisfying. The location is very strategic—easily accessible, close to shopping centers and office areas. Upon arrival, the hotel staff greeted me very friendly and the check-in process was quick. My room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The atmosphere was classic yet well-maintained, making for a more restful rest after a long day of activities. The hotel facilities are also complete—a swimming pool, a restaurant with a varied menu, and an elegant lobby area. The breakfast was one of my favorites. There was a wide selection of dishes, ranging from traditional Indonesian to international. The service was prompt and warm. Overall, my stay at the Grand Sahid Jaya made me feel well-treated. This hotel is perfect for both business and leisure trips. I will definitely return again in the future.

My first stay here was very pleasant. The location is very strategic, right in the city center, and if you want to go to Lippo Mall Nusantara, you can go through the back street in less than 5 minutes. The room is very comfortable, and at night, there's a sensor system that automatically turns off the lights around 8 p.m., making it easier to sleep comfortably (for those who like to sleep in the dark). The food is quite tasty, complete, and varied. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here.

Ambiance/Facilities: the ambience is top notch! the tv & speaker combo bener2 bikin betah pengen leyeh2 seharian sambil nonton Food: breakfast is mid, there’s only two options and the portion is pretty tiny. but quite enough for a morning munch. Staff Assistance: 10/10 service! tried their type 2 room last weekend, it’s quite spacious and super comfy! hopefully get to stay at their type 5 room on the next visit! will absolutely be back for another staycation or just a weekend reset! 🫶🏼

The loft suite we booked was very aesthetically pleasing; the building and furnishings looked new and clean. The games in the lobby also made for a great stay when we weren't out and about.
