I checked in with a twin-bed room the first time, but was immediately moved to a single-bed room the next day and helped move my luggage since I was out of the hotel. It's really nice to stay here, this is the second time, previously before changing the name, the staff was friendly and very helpful, I was quite bothered when checking in for birthday greetings for two rooms, but was served very well and when checking out I even left some things behind, they helped me find them and found them.. the swimming pool is also nice, the kids don't want to stop swimming.. if possible, maybe next time a children's pool under 5 years old can be added... Hopefully the service will remain OK and get better... thank you

First time staying here, and felt comfortable because the staff were friendly and communicative. Apart from the large selection of room service menus, there are also many dining options to suit your taste. I deliberately chose this hotel because it was close to the training venue, and it turned out it was also not far from the city center. However, you still get a calm atmosphere and are far from the noise of passing vehicles, even though you are right on the side of the road.

I booked three rooms (a suite and a deluxe) and were assigned rooms on adjacent floors, which was very convenient since we were traveling with family. When we encountered a problem with one of the rooms, we immediately contacted reception, and they responded quickly, offering a room change. The bellboy and receptionist were very friendly and helpful. The rooms are spacious and bright. While the hotel is quite old, it remains comfortable and well-maintained. For its affordable price, this hotel is well worth it.

I found out about this hotel from a friend, the second time I stayed here, it was still the same, clean rooms, complete facilities, good service, friendly staff, even during breakfast there was a complaint about the cutlery, the staff immediately replaced it & apologized. Stayed in executive and deluxe twin type rooms with family, it was fun, very worth it, the price is under 500 but the room is spacious, clean, the atmosphere is calm, all staff & front office are friendly, strategic location close to Lawson & Kopi Kenangan & Family Mart, close to culinary, various culinary choices are available because it is close to Petra campus, no confusion looking for food, the swimming pool facilities are calm and the gym too, recommend for The Square Hotel Surabaya, next time will stay here again with family 😊
