First time staying here, and felt comfortable because the staff were friendly and communicative. Apart from the large selection of room service menus, there are also many dining options to suit your taste. I deliberately chose this hotel because it was close to the training venue, and it turned out it was also not far from the city center. However, you still get a calm atmosphere and are far from the noise of passing vehicles, even though you are right on the side of the road.

first staycation here, I swear I will not be disappointed, from the beginning the staff is very friendly, the hotel environment is clean and comfortable. when I checked in I looked very tired, maybe after checking in I was told to take a drink that was already prepared :') as much respect as the visitors. The hotel room is clean, the facilities are okay, the bathroom is also clean, the AC works well. at that price at the Sby hotel, it's really cheap 1000/10 basically 🥰. next time if i go to sby i will staycation here. because it is close to any destination.

Stayed in executive and deluxe twin type rooms with family, it was fun, very worth it, the price is under 500 but the room is spacious, clean, the atmosphere is calm, all staff & front office are friendly, strategic location close to Lawson & Kopi Kenangan & Family Mart, close to culinary, various culinary choices are available because it is close to Petra campus, no confusion looking for food, the swimming pool facilities are calm and the gym too, recommend for The Square Hotel Surabaya, next time will stay here again with family 😊
