My stay at Artotel TS Suites was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The hotel's modern design and unique artwork created a vibrant and inspiring atmosphere. My room was exceptionally clean, spacious, and featured a very comfortable bed. The staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to be helpful. The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Affordable and spacious. I stayed in a Superior King Room. If you’re a traveller like me who cannot stand a narrow room, then this is perfect for you. As most high point units are big, you will feel much more ease. Aside from the big space, the room has a kitchen counter as well. As for the cleanliness I wouldn’t say it is the best. Towels and sheets are a bit yellow (time to replace for a new ones), dirty scratches on the table, for glasses in bathroom I don’t recommend to use. Hot/cold water in the shower do not work properly. It could be better. For amenities, it is enough. Toothbrushes, shower cap and soap/shampoo. You can get a pretty decent sleep and with a lot of restaurants/warung to choose from when you’re hungry. The swimming pool looks like no one has ever use it before. Gym has many equipments and variety of classes as well.

I really like this hotel. This is my first time staying here. I got a price under 400k via the app and entered the lobby, it was very clean and fragrant, the hotel staff was friendly. I took the elevator, it was clean and fragrant, the carpet in the hallway was very well maintained. When I entered the room, wow, I liked it. The bathroom was clean and well maintained. Then there's this cute thing, the toothbrush is cute. Let's see the photos later.
The sheets and bed cover were clean and fragrant, the pillows were 4 thick. I feel like I want to mention all the details, but it will be considered exaggeration.
One more thing, there is a spacious parking lot behind the hotel and the atmosphere is not scary. It is well maintained.
At first, I saw the rating on the hotel app, 9.3/10. I didn't believe it, but I was curious. And after arriving at this hotel, in just 1 minute I agreed with the people who gave good ratings about d'prima hotel.

The place was absolutely astonishing with some kind of bali-hinduism interior. The bed was so unique, lays parallel to the floor so there's no gap between it. The receptionist, Mas Sohib was so kind and helpful, helping me, my wife and my baby. Overall, the place is so good. Thanks Dhanesvara for having me!
