Even though the hotel looks old, the front office was very friendly even though it was already late at night. They were definitely tired from work, but they were still friendly. The room was also very clean, the bathroom was also clean as requested. Will definitely be back soon!

What a nice staycation! Ambiance/Facilities: good vibes, great facilities. Food: delicious and various breakfast options. Staff are helpful. Staff Assistance: helpful and nice. They knew we were going to a concert at GBK area and told us the shortest way without us asking. Highlights: I asked for some additional water, and they came so fast. Price: worth your money. Location: right next to Plaza Senayan, walking distance to GBK area.

The hotel was clean, comfortable, and warm. Most importantly, it was very easy to get to Istora within walking distance. So, when I got home late at night from watching the Badminton Indonesia Open, I could just walk to the hotel and rest right away without having to scramble for an online motorcycle taxi. Thank you.

I had a really great night here. The service from check-in to check-out was excellent. It was hassle-free, and the receptionist was super friendly (I was dressed like a bum, but the service was excellent). No deposit was required, and upon check-out, you could leave immediately without waiting. Somerset is the best.

When booking, I chose a Deluxe room with a view of the Hotel Indonesia Roundabout, but due to full capacity, I was given a more spacious Deluxe room.
