The hotel is brand new, so it's very clean. The staff is also friendly and kind. I brought my baby, so I requested a room, and the hotel provided one. The water in the bathroom wasn't hot at first, so I immediately contacted the front desk. They responded very quickly, and the problem was resolved without a long wait. Despite arriving at the hotel at 1 a.m. quite late, check-in went very smoothly thanks to the warm welcome from the friendly and prompt staff. The hotel's location right on the main road makes it easy to access, even in the early hours of the morning. As soon as I entered my room, I was immediately impressed by the classic-style room key – a unique retro touch that adds to the hotel's character. The spacious parking area was also a plus, very convenient for those of us who drive. There is air conditioning, but even without using it, I was surprised by how cool the air in the room felt. The naturally cool temperature made for a very restful and comfortable sleep. Furthermore, the water heater worked perfectly, ensuring a refreshing morning shower. Overall, my stay here was very satisfying. With friendly service, adequate facilities, and a strategic location, this hotel is a great choice for anyone seeking comfort and convenience. I will definitely return!

Whiz Prime Hotel Pajajaran Bogor

After returning from Bogor Safari Park, we stayed at the Whiz Prime Padjajaran Hotel in Bogor. The hotel's location is strategic, close to the city center and the botanical gardens. I tried a standard room and it was beyond my expectations. The room was clean, with a separate toilet and shower. The service was good, the staff was friendly, the food was delicious, the view from the room was beautiful, you can see the mountains from the 9th floor, the swimming pool was clean and there was a hot tub. God willing, next time I'll try the other rooms too. Thank you, Whiz Prime, the kids were happy to stay here last night. 😀😀😀

Easy check in. No deposit. Clean bedroom and bathroom. Water heater & elevator available and I didn't have to wait for it. Cold Aircon. I couldn't turn off the fan. Clean towel, liquid soap-shampoo available but no toothbrush nor toothpaste. Water dispenser outside available. Great location. Worth the value than any other.
