Our stay at Hotel Royal Signature was outstanding from start to finish. The Executive Suite (got a room with a view of 118 Tower), Executive Plus, and Executive King rooms were modern, spacious, beautifully designed, and impeccably clean, delivering true 5-star comfort. The executive lounge was another highlight, offering a relaxing atmosphere and excellent facilities. A special mention goes to the thoughtful honeymoon setup arranged in the Executive King room, which created a memorable and romantic experience for the newlyweds. What truly made our stay exceptional was the outstanding hospitality. Every staff member was professional, attentive, and went above and beyond to ensure a seamless experience. Special thanks to Arif (Reservations), Justin and Amir (Reception), and Pei (Executive Lounge) for their exceptional service and attention to detail. The only area with room for improvement would be the buffet breakfast and in-room dining menu. While the selection was decent, we felt the overall taste and quality of some dishes could be enhanced to better match the hotel's otherwise exceptional 5-star standards. Overall, we highly recommend Hotel Royal Signature for family gatherings, celebrations, special occasions, or a luxurious city stay. We look forward to returning.

The room is quite spacious, quite clean, the view is really nice, access to Alor is easy, just cross the road. What we liked most was that access doesn't require a key, just use the barcode 👍. Security is also safe. The kids really liked the swimming pool, the water is clean, spacious, and the view is beautiful. Everything was okay and fun.

Great hotel. The staff proactively offered free early check-in as we had a 3-year-old toddler with us. The room is spacious and clean. Right below the hotel, there's access to food, a convenience store, etc. This is a great hotel.

This is a genuine Kuala Lumpur transit hotel. The service is excellent. The receptionists are very friendly, smiling, and kind. The rooms are very clean, and there's a great view of the KL Tower. I highly recommend this hotel if you're vacationing in Kuala Lumpur, especially alone. It's right next to McD Bukit Bintang and has been renovated and is now much larger. After shopping, I drop off my purchases at the hotel because it's so close, allowing me to rest for a while before continuing my itinerary or simply refill my water bottle. Food is plentiful around the hotel, and of course, you won't have to spend too much money on GrabFood, as it's close to MRT and LRT stations.
