I had a wonderful stay at Hotel Melia Kuala Lumpur. The room was very spacious, incredibly clean, and beautifully designed, I really loved the interior. The staff were extremely friendly, especially Khanh, who was very helpful during my check-in and made the experience even better. The location is also excellent, convenient, central, and perfect for getting around. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay. Highly recommended!

The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliments provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variants are quite a lot, you can choose local or western style. Since it's located in the middle of Bukit Bintang area, you can go around so easily, to the mall, food stalls, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a little bit longer.

Staff were all super friendly and accommodating. Since our room was free, we got the chance to check in a few hours earlier, which was great. The location of the hotel was also great as it was close to large malls, making it a convenient place to stay when on a short trip in KL. The room was clean and provided all the needed amenities. The hotel is in Bukit Bintang, located just behind Berjaya Times Square, which made it super convenient. There's a convenient store nearby, and the hotel itself has a café. The street also offers plenty of food options, so it's great for dining. The nearest station is the Imbi Monorail, which you can easily reach by walking through Berjaya Times Square. The room was very modern, spacious, and clean—one of the best I've stayed in. I stayed for 2 days, and they made sure to clean the room and refill amenities like water and tissue. There's also an iron available in the hallway. The receptionist was very helpful and available 24 hours without any extra charge. There was no deposit or extra charges during my stay, except for the tourism tax, which was rm 10 per night. Overall, a great stay with great value for the location and service!

It was a great experience with my family on our first visit to Kuala Lumpur. We stayed for two nights. The staff were cooperative and responded promptly to any complaints. This hotel boasts an excellent prime location—just a walking distance to multiple malls and surrounded by highly recommended food spots in Kuala Lumpur. From breakfast to supper, the dining options nearby are so good that I never bothered with the hotel breakfast during my stay!
The service was exceptionally friendly, and taxi pick-up access was very convenient. Most importantly, the price is surprisingly budget-friendly for the Bukit Bintang area.

The receptionist gave me the room early, that's great, thank you so much.
The location is superb in Bukit Bintang, very close to Alor street, Pavilion, monorel station, MRT, foods, etc. Mon Chinese Bread is just in front of the hotel. There's live music near the hotel at night.
The room was great, spacious, clean, quiet, with complete amenities and a hairdryer too. There's an iron in the corner.
There's "nasi lemak Alor corner" in the morning in front of the hotel.
