Hi! The people are friendly and the location is good and it is budget-friendly, but the bathroom smells, the wifi connection is poor I wasn't able to use it at all and the electric fan was not working. Hoping they can fix these.
The room is big and clean, really nice place to stay. Their service was impeccable, you can have your breakfast in your room as well just ask for room service. They clean your room everyday and give you new bottled water. Beach is just right there you can count your steps.🖒
The staff and crew were very pleasant and helpful. The food was superb and had big portions. If you opt for the quiet side and away from the crowd, this is the place to be.
While I enjoyed the food and the staff of the hotel specifically the waiters and the room attendants. I was very unhappy with how I was treated during the check out. I've had a very unpleasant stay at our room since we ended up with tons of mosquito bites which And sleepless nights-didn't bother to complain about it since we were out of the room most of the time and would just go back to rest and sleep. On the day of our check-out we threw our cigarettes box in the trash bin of our toilet before leaving.-We left the room very clean and left no trash what so ever. Ended up being charge 14,000 just because they said that the room. I told them they are being unreasonable and they treat their customer poorly trying to get more money out of them. The lady in the reception area looks like she's just trained to do the to the customer. Anyway-Pandemic happened to all of us but hotels have no right to do that to their paying customers! Will never go back to hennan prime. It was such an unpleasant experience.
