The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. Although minimalist, it's adequate for a small family (maximum 3 people). It's also centrally located, making it very easy to get around. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has easy access to shopping areas and the MRT. When I needed porridge at 2 a.m. to take my medicine because my illness had relapsed, I called the hotel staff, and they quickly helped make it for me even though the kitchen was closed. It was very helpful. I really appreciated it. Good experience. Thank you🙏🥰

The room was large, clean, the bed comfortable, air conditioned cold, and water pressure strong. Breakfast was simple but adequate. Will repeat my stay if I visit Singapore again.

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a great experience. The hotel design is stunning and very unique, with lots of greenery that makes the atmosphere feel relaxing and luxurious. The room was comfortable and well designed, and the staff were attentive and friendly. Overall it was a memorable stay and I would happily return.

Had the best time staying here! The location is just perfect, connecting to Novena Square 2 and Vivo City, also the MRT! The room is clean and spacious enough for a family of three. Got a bathtub in my bedroom, and they did give us a connecting room as I requested before. The staffs are friendly and easy to talk to. Overall, I'll give this hotel 9.5/10! This is my first time staying around Stevens and I love the neighborhood. Another thing that is important to me is that there's a bus stop just in front of and across the hotel. The hotel also has Killiney Go and 7/11, which is very convenient. Overall service, cleanliness, and room space are great. I would come back next time.

I've had the most awesome experience here. As it was a day after my birthday, the guest relations officer wished me a belated birthday. She even arranged for a cake to be sent up to the room and extended the in room dining for us. The room was absolutely beautiful and the sun shone through in the morning. The balcony was a great place to chill and just enjoy the cool night air. Amenities were great, communications was fast and everything was efficient through email or QR code scanning. The buffet breakfast was really good as there was a lot to choose from. For those with kids, it is a great place to book and bond as I saw a lot of families and there were activities to keep them occupied. You guys should really try this place out!

Just perfect for young family with kids. bed was king size so my child can sleep in a better way. very closed with McDonald's, subway and cold storage (supermarket) so no worries for your needs. MRT just about 200 meters and there a bus station. Newton food court just about 1 station from Stevens MRT if you need any option. Even the bathroom have no doors but inside it the shower and toilets were separated by doors. AC was so cold and the kitchen have a lot of tools to support your leftover foods. definitely go back.
