The hotel is very comfortable and very clean. Although minimalist, it's adequate for a small family (maximum 3 people). It's also centrally located, making it very easy to get around. The staff is also friendly and helpful. I'd definitely stay here again.

I stayed at Pan Pacific Orchard and had a great experience. The hotel design is stunning and very unique, with lots of greenery that makes the atmosphere feel relaxing and luxurious. The rooms are very nice, tidy, and clean. The rooms are very spacious for staying here temporarily. The beds are very large and very soft! Very comfortable. Then, the bathrooms are very clean, tidy, and in order. This is our second time going here because the hotel is very nice, and if people want to book it, I highly recommend it! With the staffs being so kind, gentle, and patient. The balcony is very spacious with the room's wallpaper is so vintage! And it's equipped with almost everything you need in daily life and very close to Orchard, so if you're taking SMRT or MRT, it's close to it! You just need to walk like 12 to 15 minutes average if you're carrying heavy bags or bags, and it's very family-friendly. And the shop and mall are very close to this hotel. For the swimming pool, so clean, and the dining food in the restaurant below so tasty with the salon beside it, I would surely love to come here again and I would like to rate it 5 stars! The hotel deserved 5 stars!

The hotel is clean, comfortable, the staff is friendly, and it has easy access to shopping areas and the MRT. When I needed porridge at 2 a.m. to take my medicine because my illness had relapsed, I called the hotel staff, and they quickly helped make it for me even though the kitchen was closed. It was very helpful. I really appreciated it. Good experience. Thank you🙏🥰

Had a great stay at Orchard Hotel. We're upgraded to premier room that comes worh bath tub amd king size bed that can fit all three of us. The breakfast buffet is surprisingly varied and when we came at about 8am there were not many guests and the spread is plenty. If you're driving they will give complimentary parking as well. 👍🏼

I've had the most awesome experience here. As it was a day after my birthday, the guest relations officer wished me a belated birthday. She even arranged for a cake to be sent up to the room and extended the in room dining for us. The room was absolutely beautiful and the sun shone through in the morning. The balcony was a great place to chill and just enjoy the cool night air. Amenities were great, communications was fast and everything was efficient through email or QR code scanning. The buffet breakfast was really good as there was a lot to choose from. For those with kids, it is a great place to book and bond as I saw a lot of families and there were activities to keep them occupied. You guys should really try this place out!

Alocassia Serviced Apartments

Just perfect for young family with kids. bed was king size so my child can sleep in a better way. very closed with McDonald's, subway and cold storage (supermarket) so no worries for your needs. MRT just about 200 meters and there a bus station. Newton food court just about 1 station from Stevens MRT if you need any option. Even the bathroom have no doors but inside it the shower and toilets were separated by doors. AC was so cold and the kitchen have a lot of tools to support your leftover foods. definitely go back.
