Rather old, only were allowed two pillows for four guests. When asked for more was told that cannot be provided. I biught a bag of nappies and used then for pillow.

Staff are good but the room smells like cigarette. We had to transfer to another room as the first one has stains in the bed.

I spent a night here to attend my friend 's wedding day at La Glasshouse which just a step away from the hotel. The receptionist, Lina if I'm not mistaken, she inisiated to help me find the wedding venue. Nice. I got a room with a little bit bent bed. The weekend price was not worth as I experienced in. But, the hotel location is great location in Alam Sutera, surrounded by good place to experience like restaurants and Living World Mall. Overall I gave 4 out of 5 stars for the hotel.
