Best Morazen Surabaya, arrived warmly greeted and welcomed with a welcome drink. When we entered the room, there was a Graduation message on the glass, TV, and a slice of cake. The room was clean and comfortable, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was delicious and varied, the restaurant staff were also friendly, the place was all clean. Overall, everything is satisfactory.. The staff is friendly & very helpful, the room is clean, the water heater is quite good, the AC is cold. Right across from TP, although it turns out you have to go to the pedestrian bridge first. If you are lazy to cross, there are lots of fast food next door, just walk a short distance. I don't know about breakfast, chose a room without breakfast because I deliberately went culinary since morning. Next time I go to Surabaya, Bekizaar Hotel will be on my top list of choices ☺️

Honest review... Central access to the city with a very tall building, so you get an extraordinary view, especially at night. The room was also clean. Incidentally, we stayed in a deluxe room, and we were very impressed with the cleanliness. The staff was friendly and the food was delicious. And the environment made it easy for us to shop. There are restaurants and a Circle K downstairs, so no worries 🥰. Will always come back to stay here.

The triple bed room is perfect for families. The room size is spacious. The 100cm bed can be moved and pushed together to form one large 300cm bed. The room design is concise and practical. No awkward large closed wardrobe, but instead an open clothes hanging area with plenty of hangers available. The mini fridge works well and is cold. Mini safe. Good toiletries. Mineral water, coffee, and tea for 3 people. Central air conditioning (AC central) but can be adjusted manually in the room. Functioning well, can set the temperature cool enough not to be cold. The lighting is very good. It can be bright for work activities. And can be dim to pitch black for sleeping. The best!
