I stayed at this hotel during a recent concert trip and had a truly memorable experience. Upon check-in, I was pleasantly surprised to receive a room upgrade, which made my stay even more special. A special shoutout to Mas Dicky, who went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. Overall, I couldn't have asked for a better place to stay for the concert. Highly recommend for anyone attending events in the area!

I stayed at Fairmont Jakarta for Treasure Pulse On concert that took place in Indonesia Arena, around 10-15 minutes walking distance. It is very strategic and convenient. The shower is awesome, never get it wrong between rain shower and hand shower. Love it

Bad Experience – Felt Like Discrimination. We had a really disappointing visit, starting right from the parking area. The security guard made us walk all the way around the outside of the building to reach the lobby. It felt unnecessary and inconvenient because there’s actually a proper, cozy indoor path from the car park straight to the lobby. Why force guests to go the long way outside? Then came the rooftop bar. Before we could even enter, the staff stopped us and said we had to spend at least 500K IDR per person just to get a seat. It felt very discriminatory — like it’s not really meant for local guys. The vibe was unwelcoming. Overall, not recommended if you’re a local looking for a chill time.

not pleasant.. I ordered 3 rooms and the information was that 2 of the rooms would be on the same floor and that the keys to the rooms would be given but they were not given until 6 pm. It turned out that after asking, they were given a different floor... I mean, if there really wasn't one, why didn't you tell me from the start?

Convenient location, easy to go to PS through the tunnel.. love the room.. however, i needed to wait to get into breakfast restaurant, never experienced it before in any hotel, probably because it was holiday season.. but overall it was a great experience

The hotel staff was unfriendly during breakfast. I brought a baby and requested a quiet area. My request for a crib didn't arrive until 10 PM. The air conditioning in the room wasn't cooling and needed to be fixed. Breakfast was totally substandard.

We love staying here. Very close to two big shopping malls, Plaza Senayan and Senayan City also close to GBK, so in the morning or evening we can go there, walking distance, to do our workout
