The room is good with strategic location.

the service was superb.. I even celebrate my dinner anniversary there, they deco my table for free and give us present!

The location and services is top notch. The hotel is located at the center of Pulau Tikus area where you can commute easily to Gurney Drive (Hawker Street at night), Gurney Plaza and Gurney Paragon. For those who goes there for medical check-up, it is also a good place to stay, since it is clean and close to Adventist, Island and Gleneagle hospital. For those who wants to enjoy Penang, this place is a worth place to stay.

bedroom and bathroom are spacious and clean location is next to Gleneagles Hospital easy to access to other area only order grab car breakfast is ok with variant menu after all this hotel is superb convenience and worth the price!

Highly recommended for those who have business with the Indonesian Embassy just a short walk from this hotel

Hotel location is really strategic, in front of komtar. The bedroom is clean, spacious and love the view we have from our room. They have various menu for breakfast and it's all delicious.. We definitely will stay here again when we go back to penang!

Good place to stay, simple and nice. Good location for family and couple to make good trip. The room is nice and clean. Staffs all quiet friendly (Front Office). Sure will choice back for next trip.

Nice budget hotel. very spacious. so close with Loh guan lye hospital. you only need to cross the road. very recommended for those who want to visit LGL hospital. clean and nice service. it has 7/11 next to the hotel and pharmacy.

The room is big enough for three of us. They have gym, washing machine, and water dispenser at 7th floor. It is also walking distance to adventist hospital.

Strategic location with comfortable room.

Very clean, new, affordable,and comfy hotel! The breakfast is also very good. It is near Komtar, which is only 5 minutes walk. Definitely will stay at Frame Hotel Penang again.
