Wonderful Hotel with very spacious suites. Very comfortable and pleasant. Strategically located in the center, just 3 mins walk to Komtar bus terminal, and to the malls nearby. Lots of restaurants nearby as well. I would definitely stay here again next time. Thanks!

Hotel location is really strategic, in front of komtar. The bedroom is clean, spacious and love the view we have from our room. They have various menu for breakfast and it's all delicious.. We definitely will stay here again when we go back to penang!

look exactly like the picture. have 2 room with queen bed. and 1 sofa bed. have 2 tv. even the bathroom looks perfect. only the tv channel not that much. oh by the way close to the mall. prangin, 1st avenue and komtar. thank you ... i'll be back next time

Was here for a night, service was good requested for extra towel and another time requested for hair dryer, both request were handled in a fast manner. Spoken to one of the reception, and she was quite helpful in advising us on ways to go to Penang Mainland.

Very bad reception service. The room is very dusty. Room size also very small. Check in time is 2 pm but they give the room 1 hour late 3 pm. They make customer wait for one hour. So bad hotel I worst hotel I've ever check in

Cheaper, simpler, but memorable. It has been a wonderful stay within a short period, but I feel relax staying in this hotel. Will choose this hotel if going to penang again

Great stay. Friendly staffs. Clean and spacious room. Great location with limitless selections of food just in front of the hotel. Had amazing beehoon and fried fish for breakfast just next door.

The room was terrible the air con is not cold at all only wind but no cold, the worst was the air con leaks and the floor full of water. The rest room was very dirty. Absolutely will not come back
