Spa was amazing

Our room was clean and ready at check in, the breakfast was excellent. The lady that checked us in was very friendly, informative and genuinely kind. Our shower door was missing a seal so we needed up with water all over the floor. The pressure was strong in fact it popped the cover off the hand held. The pool was clean and towels were available. It was quite dark as they only had the wall sconces on at night and I feel it did not provide enough light for the swimming area where mostly children were swimming with parents sitting around the pool. I would book this hotel again

Staff were very friendly. Room was nice had a great stay.

The rooms were clean and the staff was friendly when we checked in. The thermostat in our room did not work, our room was very hot and uncomfortable to try to sleep in (we checked in late). We were given a little table fan. When the staff member came to give us the fan he realized our room was very hot. Eventually we were given a new room. We were given a cart for our things and asked to hand over our keys and told if we forgot anything we wouldn't be able to come back and grab them. My husband and I had two sleeping children to load up, along with two older children and all our belongings. The staff member did not offer to help push the luggage cart, he did not hold open doors for us. He just continuously asked for our room keys back. You are also only given two breakfast vouchers and the rest of your party is charged $20 for their breakfast.

Cons: The pool was crowded, a lot of kids and teens running around. VERY loud people who were 19/20 yr olds that stayed the weekend and were very vulgar and yelling racist slurs, slamming doors etc. I do not blame management for their behavior but staff did very little to help or take care of it other than to say, sorry to us when we complained and asked them to please do something. We did not feel safe nor taken seriously as they basically got away with it and unfortunately bothered the respectful customers. Truly sad. The bowling downstairs was not maintained and closed, the arcade & mini golf was alao not maintained either. The parking area is not the best and very small. I expected more from a higher priced hotel. Pros: The overall hotel (lobby, hallways etc) as well as our room was very clean. (Except the two sets of windowa were very dirty with fingerprints all over them) The bed & bedding was very comfortable. An especially well run restaurant. We got the breakfast buffet with our stay. It was very good. Lots of hot and cold choices with a great variety, quality food and clean.

Everything was great except the staff had to provide a space heater in our room as the central heating system was not working properly.

First and foremost the staff were lovely, but our trip started with the pole for parking going down on our car while we waited to get parked… Next, the entry from the parking lot was not accessible, including the doors and the step to get in. When you walk in the entrance at the main door, it is gorgeous, but it’s easy to tell that all the money was spent on the renovations of the main part. The hallways in the room were below average with stains on the carpet and on the duvet cover. We were excited for the amenities that the hotel offered which included mini golf, the arcade, ping-pong, and bowling. However, we soon realized by talking to the front desk that everything was an additional cost, and the bowling and half the arcade were out of order. We went to go swimming and there were public swimming lessons until 8 or 9 pm. There was three of us staying in the room, which I booked via Expedia that said breakfast was provided. What it failed to say it was only breakfast for two was provided in the third one how to be paid for. Again not told on the website. Going back to the pool the ground is coming up around. It definitely is safety hazard, and lots of the windows were boarded off. Unfortunately, we were expecting more for a downtown hotel.

Great staff restaurant was great ate 4 meals there in 2 days.

The parking lot entrance is not obvious.

Pool was dirty on the signs which inform you how deep it is. Our dresser had alot of dust in our room. We paid for a meal $80 at Aqua Restaurant but it was awful, beef dip very salty and dry. My husband had steak sandwich had more fat then meant. Not impressed.

Ok place. Had an event for the weekend. Restaurant not the best for how much food costs.

Staff went beyond helpful, thank you for the excellent service. The stay was very enjoyable.
