It’s all about the location! Hotel was nice. Staff was nice. Breakfast was good. Typical eggs, sausage, waffles cold cereal, and muffins. Very very quick. Walk to the Falls. Cross the street is a casino with a food court. Lots of restaurants around. Starbucks right next-door. Enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay again for the Price! Really appreciated the free parking!

The hotel was great. Parking was free and plenty. Room was nice and clean. The only concern is the lock on the patio door is missing, as well as a handle to open the door. Thankfully there was a bar to ensure the door stayed closed and secure.

Was a little up set about what time they started breakfast . Breakfast start at 8 am not erlyer . Hot tub was hot but could have been cleaner in side of tub and out side of hot tub . .Pool towers where not keep up very low in towel frist thing when opened ,pool area not cleaned over night or frist thing before opening . I went to have a hot before 8 am and did open till 9 am Room was very cleanand well keeped . Front decks and Lady who ran the breafastfast were great . .

Room I booked with 2 queens and a balcony wasn't available on arrival..staff said they would hold the resort fee.. was charged anyway..

Front desk staff is okay. The younger dude was the friendliest, the older white haired man wasn’t the nicest as he can make snarky remarks. The hotel is very dated, I did like the no carpet flooring. The pool was okay, seemed pretty decent. Breakfast was okay, they have 1 person doing it all.

This is a great place to stay. Close to the falls, parking is included, free breakfast and wonderful staff. I also like the fact the the room had a fridge and no carpets.

The only thing this hotel has going for it. Is the staff was friendly. We were there 5 nights. The floor in the room was dirty upon arrival. Had to wear our shoes in there the entire time. The cleaning staff would only make one bed, only once though. This is after I requested our room to be cleaned twice. Never cleaned the bathroom or coffee station. I had to go get coffee from the office. Left a stack of towels under the TV. I do not recommend this hotel.

Very dirty room and smelly and the floor is very old and sticky, we could not walk bare foot as it was very dirty, we had booked hotel and were given motel room instead, and later on when i checked the room after leaving my friends there, they didnt know that i didnt book a motel. When i arrived and explained it to the staff they said, the room has been used now and we cant change it and no manager available dispite asking for one. Before you book this hotel, make sure to ask if they are booking you motel and also remember the beds and mattresses are very old, and everything is falling apart in this motel side of the property. If the room was cheaper then you can say thats what you are paying for, we paid 140$ plus a cot 20$, which was so old that person sunk into it by laying down in it.

Chambre très avantageusement positionnée. Vue sur les chutes américaines absolument magnifique. Balcon très agréable. Secteur très achalandé mais reste quand même reposant avec le bruit des chutes. À proximité de tous les attraits, casino, les deux chutes, la tour Skylon, les manèges et rues commerciales et foraines, restos de tous styles et prix. Promenade extraordinaire le long des deux chutes, téléphérique à proximité.

The pool was a tad questionable, cloudy for a couple days in a row. Cracks in the ceiling of our room and the deck door was broken. Terribly difficult to open. The cleanliness of the room was adequate, the housekeepers were very friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good, there was however one morning, one staffer was hard to approach, she had a poor attitude behind the counter. Overall though, was content with our stay

Breakfast is not bad. My family enjoyed the hot & pool. We got a really nice room view. Best is walking distance to the falls.

You don’t need fancy, you need something like this, great location and friendly staff

This facility ranks in my 10 worst stays. From the moment I registered I felt like I was imposing on their time. The television. System was a nightmare to say the least. You shouldn’t have to be an electronics genius to watch TV. The bathroom sink did not drain properly and the electric rad was destroyed. We had to turn the tub tap to full hot to get hot water at the sink. The floors are a mess. The garbage lids are left open and we were visited each morning by fighting seagulls seeing who was going to get the better breakfast. This started at 5:30 am. Two nights after returning from our event we didn’t have a parking space. I am handicapped and there is one AODA handicapped spot for the entire facility. I would not recommend this Quality Inn to my worst enemies. We were there four morning and every morning was the same breakfast. Very wet eggs and something resembling sausage.

Staff was polite and helpful.they updated our room for good views. Bathroom shower was excellent. Breakfast was too simple and bland for me. I think more options and varieties are needed. So we ate outside. Overall good experience.

The hotel is located in an ideal walking area to everything

I rate the room I had at this hotel as below average. It was an outside hotel room and not located in the main hotel. The tap in the washroom was very loose and ready to separate from the cabinet it was attached too. The bath tub caulking down the side was separating from the tub for about 1.5 feet and their was a dark substance underneath the loose caulking. The main outside door latch was very loose and definitely requires maintenance. The drapes to the main window did not close tightly as the bottom section of velcro was missing from the drape so we used a hair clip to keep it closed.There are many tiny holes in this drape and it should be replaced. Otherwise the room was clean and these items should be picked up on a maintenance inspection and not the responsibility of the cleaning people. I passed my issues on to the maintenance man and hopefully they get attention. It should not be a Renter who has to point these issues out and I am sure most Renters do not. In fairness I booked through Expedia the same day and this is probably one of the last rooms to be rented. I will not book with this hotel again as the price I paid for this room is not justified. The Office and the lobby and the room where continental breakfast was located were all clearly renovated and well done. Cheers.
