Lovely staff - especially in the restaurant and the spa. Spacious comfortable room and the spa facilities were good. The hotel has a nice friendly feel about it and the food is excellent and value for money. Will stay again soon.

Great touch providing a kids pack , VIP dressing gown for the little one . Kids pack including drink,shower products , activity pack and snack were really great touches

The venue is amazing and located in a beautiful area. The reception area and lobby are really nice areas and the bar and restaurant are lovely too. The food in the restaurant was fantastic a d the staff were brilliant everywhere. The spa facilities, pool, sauna, steam room and indoor and outdoor jacuzzis were fantastic. The room was incredible and really cool and refreshing on the hottest day of the year, it was awesome. I would go as far to say that this is the best hotel I have used in the North West of England. An absolutely amazing establishment and I will be making this my regular stop over when visiting the North West.

Checked into a room which wasn’t ready. We walked in and it had not been cleaned. Was not advised about breakfast times, where restaurant was or how to access WiFi. Ordered breakfast in the room for 10.30 and went to reception to ask where it was at 10.55 and it had just left the kitchen.

The room was provided with complimentary biscuits and hot drinks that were really nice. The bed was very comfy and the pillows were soft too. We had a breakfast the next morning which was great. There was lots of options the hot food was heated well and the cold breakfast bits were all set up neatly.

A lovely hotel and spa, really superb staff. Lovely room, really clean and spacious. I would go back. However, the rooms are not soundproofed so lots of door slamming and other people’s tv sounds. The spa was fine one day but then rammed the next which was not massively relaxing! (But not sure you can do much about that). I come from london and was surprised that the drinks were more expensive here than at home!
