Staff very friendly and helpful. Comfortable reception and dining area. Stayed on a one bed suite room which was good for a young family (2 adults, 2 children). Swimming pool recently renovated on 2024 and is a nice addition to the stay.

We stayed for 3 nights- all the hotel staff were extremely friendly & helpful. All were happy to greet you with a smile. Breakfast was amazing- fantastic selection of food and drinks available. We also chose the hotel as it had parking & was close to the centre of York. Negatives- the room was a little basic. It would have been nice to have had a wider range of toiletries. Also more coat hangers please! Next time we visit York, we will be staying here.

We have stayed many times at this hotel. Parking is safe and a reasonable price for York. The reception is always well presented, the reception staff there are always polite, friendly and helpful. We have stayed in many rooms on different floors they have always been clean, spacious and quiet.
