All the staff were very helpful, friendly, and kind, and the service was second to none. If you're on holiday with your family, Hotel Kempinski is the best. The food is delicious, the hotel facilities are complete, and there's a playground for the kids to keep them entertained and enjoy the hotel facilities. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-appointed. The place is comfortable. At the start of the new year, I had a staycation at Hotel Kempinski Jakarta. The view was stunning, the location was strategic, and my children and siblings were all happy. Thank you Hotel Kempinski.

This is my review of the second day. Like yesterday, the friendly staff, cleanliness, and strategic location in the Sabang area made this hotel a perfect choice. I then continued my journey by train at Gambir Station. It was truly amazing, the hotel's proximity to Gambir Station was so close, taking less than 15 minutes. I would like to thank Winda Liedy, Hotel Manager, for her kind response to my comments. I hope to stay at this hotel again in the future.

I don't regret choosing this hotel. All the staff are very nice and friendly, from the security guards and receptionists to the housekeeping staff. The room's interior is beautiful and comfortable. It's clean and fragrant. The bathroom amenities are complete, and the toilets are clean. The hotel's location is very strategic, close to Plasa Indonesia, Green Indonesia, Thamrin City, Tanah Abang, Sarina, Bundaran HI, the MRT, and the train station.
