The service at the hotel was very friendly and family-friendly, especially since it's located right in front of Kuta Beach, so kids can immediately go out and play in the sand. There are also plenty of swimming pools to choose from. Hopefully, there will be a dedicated children's playground in the future.

The swimming pool, lobby, and rooms are very clean. The staff are very humble. The chef and food staff are always meticulous and diligent in checking the portions of food available. The food is also delicious. The reception staff are friendly and patient in providing information, especially Kak Bahru. He is young, energetic, smart, and patient in helping me with information and suggestions. The room is very clean.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it easy to get to everything, including the beach and culinary delights. Really enjoyed our stay at Aryaduta Bali. The room was clean, comfortable and spacious, and the whole hotel had a nice, relaxing atmosphere. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The location was also convenient for getting around, especially with a toddler. We really appreciated having a comfortable place to come back to after a day out. Overall, a very pleasant stay and definitely a hotel I would consider staying at again when we’re back in Bali.
