⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I had a wonderful stay at this resort hotel in Narita. The service was excellent, and all of the staff were very friendly, professional, and welcoming. The facilities were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, making my stay very relaxing. The highlight of my stay was definitely the hot spring. It was clean, peaceful, and the perfect place to unwind after a long day. I really enjoyed the relaxing atmosphere. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with both the service and the facilities. I highly recommend this resort hotel to anyone visiting Narita, and I would be happy to stay here again in the future.

Very strategic location, just across from the Disney Resort Line's Bayside monorail station. To get to that monorail station, we can either walk or use the shuttle bus. Next, buy a ticket on the Disney Resort Line to get to Disneyland, DisneySea, or Maihama JR station. There is a Lawson convenience store and a Yamato luggage delivery service counter on the ground floor of the hotel. Each floor has a drinking water station. For those coming from the airport, you can take the airport limousine bus and get off at the hotel lobby, which is very practical and comfortable.

Great hotel near the airport. There is a shuttle bus provided at Terminal 2 bus bay. The hotel also provides a shuttle bus to the nearby mall. Staff are very friendly and helpful, especially the luggage handlers. They carry it all the way to the room, and you can arrange for them to help bring it down to the lobby as well.
