We had a wonderful stay at this apartment. The place is new, very comfortable, spacious, and spotlessly clean. The facilities are extremely complete—from a washing machine, mini kitchen, and full cutlery, to laundry detergent and dishwashing soap, all thoughtfully provided. Bathroom amenities such as body soap and hand soap are also available. The Wi-Fi connection is very fast, which made our stay even more convenient. Insya Allah, if we visit again in the future, we will definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

The staff are amazing, the hotel is amazing, and it’s connected to one of the best pubs in KL! The “Paan”! The location is perfect, and the prices are second to none! The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We checked out early in the morning, but were allowed to use the rooftop bathroom while we waited for a taxi to take us to the airport the next morning (early morning). It happened to be New Year's Eve. Next time I visit Kuala Lumpur, I'll probably stay at the MOV Hotel again.

The staff are very friendly. Check-in and check-out were very fast. The room is very large and clean. My 5 days in KL were very comfortable. The staff are really helpful to accommodate our stay, such a pleasant stay at Pavilion, and thanks for all the compliments provided by Pavilion Hotel. The breakfast variants are quite a lot, you can choose local or western style. Since it's located in the middle of Bukit Bintang area, you can go around so easily, to the mall, food stalls, even for transportation in a minute. Will definitely be back to stay a little bit longer.

All staff are very nice. Always say hello, and ask if they can help. The receptionist also very nice, a Chinese guy with glasses (sorry, forgot the name), really helpful. Last November, first time staying at Melia Kuala Lumpur Imbi for 4 nights. The location is very strategic. The hotel is located opposite Berjaya Times Square; it's only about 8 minutes' walk to Pavilion. The room was very nice and clean, with a nice view from my room. Special thanks to duty FO Supervisor Mr. Shan for upgrading my room to the best view and providing a special bed for my kid. I highly recommend this Melia Hotel and will come back again.
