ga ada keluhan apapun karena memang mercure ancol adalah tempat favorit saya n keluarga utk liburan atau staycation sjk jaman dulu kala. dari mulai staff , kamar dan amenitiesnya, lingkungan sekitar, kelengkapan hiburan, sampai food and beveragenya patut diacungi jempol. terima kasih kpd mas Sony dkk atas keramahan dan kecekatannya dlm bertugas, see you next time 🙏

The room was very clean, there was nothing dirty whether it's on the floor or walls. The ambiance also great, the service was top tier, they're all really friendly, especially the front desk named Rahma, she upgraded my room for free, where the room is spacious and had a beautiful view facing the sea. Overall, I had a really great time there all thanks to Rahma.

a hotel that is very suitable for families, starting from comfortable rooms, an interesting swimming pool for children (there is a bubble bath and a fun slide) there is also an indoor arcade, volleyball court, sandpit, face painting, balloons and clowns) it was very exciting, the children were also happy and asked to stay again another time. thank you Mercure Ancol.. always success.

The place is clean, the staff, from the security guards to the pool attendants, are all kind and friendly. The building is old but very well-maintained, the rooms are spacious and very clean, and the view is divine.

The service was excellent and fast. We stayed there for a family trip. The room and bathroom were clean, and the amenities were complete. A plus was the varied breakfast, with plenty of choices and delicious food. It was definitely worth it for a staycation. Unfortunately, the hotel and Ancol management didn't cooperate, so we had to pay extra to enter the Ancol area if our vehicle left. So, it's recommended to stay in the Ancol area.

Every weekend I definitely go to Ancol and always go to Mercure.. the place is great, the service is also not disappointing, the view from behind the sea is cool.. from the front you can see the twinkling lights of Jakarta.. the swimming pool is especially good, the kids are satisfied if they go to Mercure. The children's play area is also good.. it's worth trying to stay at Mercure 👍👍

Check-in was very quick after Maghrib.
The staff was friendly. The room was spacious and comfortable. The facilities were complete, including a clean swimming pool, playground, and more. Very close to the beach. The kids loved it. I chose a room with breakfast, and it turned out breakfast was included for two children under 12. Awesome.

I've actually stayed here many times, but I never get bored, even if it's just a staycation and I bring the kids on vacation. The service is always excellent, from check-in to room service and the restaurant. Especially for the kids, there's a foam party in the kiddie pool... Mercure is always the best.
