I loved staying here! I came to do diving at the dive shop on site and it was perfect. The room was AMAZING and massive! The shower was so perfect and I had an amazing view of the beach. They have an all inclusive option but decided not to do it bc was out all day with diving. The restaurant on site was really good for dinner, and also tried breakfast one of the mornings. The hotel beach is sooo pretty, and you can watch the sunset from there, and you can also snorkel with lots of colorful fish! The dive shop was great, the guys there were really good and helpful, very nice and experienced dive masters and just overall a good time! I felt safe the whole time. Def recommend staying here if you want to go diving in Cozumel. I can’t wait to come back!

Hotel en general con una excepcional limpieza La comida en Buffet del desayuno le falta variedad que se compensa con excelentes comidas y cenas a la carta en el all inclusive. Bebidas excelentes. Tiene una pequeña Caleta en la playa en la que se puede estar muy bien y se puede hacer snorkel. Faltan sombrillas y espacios con sombra. Para los fumadores no hay espacios asignados, y hay que salir totalmente del hotel. Amazing stay. Amazing wait staff. Beautiful beach and rooftop pool. Food was overall good. Only negative was lack of clear instructions from front desk at check in providing information of the resort (where to obtain towels with card and where room was).

The view, room, and staff were wonderful. Food, especially lunch & dinner, was terrible.

Excelente hotel, excelentes instalaciones comida, bebidas y servicios pero lo mejor es su atento personal. Voy a mencionar solo algunos pero todos te brindan lo mejor de ellos para que tu estancia sea de lo mejor. Great location! It just needs some updating on the maintenance and upkeep. You can walk right out to the beach and the staff that waits in your was top notch! The boy thing they should change is the menus at the restaurants should be rotated a bit more throughout the week. We would stay there again!

This property is small and absolutely gorgeous. You can choose to do all inclusive or not. We chose not to as we wanted to explore the town, but we did eat at the breakfast buffet once and it was great! It’s the perfect home base and you just try the key lime pie across the street!

I am extremely disappointed with both Expedia and The Westin Cozumel regarding my recent stay. When I booked my vacation through Expedia, I specifically purchased and paid for an all-inclusive package. However, upon arrival at The Westin Cozumel, I was informed that my reservation did not include the all-inclusive benefits I had purchased $2000. This created confusion, frustration, and unnecessary stress during what was supposed to be a family vacation. The most disappointing aspect was the lack of communication between Expedia and the hotel. Each party seemed to have different information about my reservation, leaving me caught in the middle trying to resolve an issue that should have been handled before my arrival. As a customer, I should not have to prove that I purchased services that were clearly included in my booking confirmation. I chose Expedia because I trusted the accuracy of the reservation details, and I chose The Westin Cozumel expecting a premium guest experience. Unfortunately, both companies failed to coordinate and honor the all-inclusive package that I paid for. I hope Expedia and The Westin Cozumel review their booking and communication processes to prevent other travelers from experiencing the same issue. Customers should receive exactly what they purchase, without having to spend valuable vacation time resolving reservation discrepancies. Overall, this experience significantly impacted my stay and left me disappointed with both Expedia and The Westi

Property was very nice. People in the staff are good unfortunately the food was plain and not very good. All inclusive I would not recommend just because of the food. It’s very deceiving.

The hot water was never hot even in the hottub that maintenance came to check. Water ran out of the shower all over the floor and it took 2 days to fix the hinge on the shower door. As always in Cozumel, the staff were courteous and with a smile.

Awesome staff, extremely friendly and helpful, always smiling and going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable! Guilian and Sara gave us the best massages of our lives!! We’ll be coming back soon for sure! Now that Javier (reception) told us the hotel will be going through some renovations soon and it’ll be ready by next year. Gracias!!

Everything was great except the food. Breakfast buffet is hard to screw up, was fine. Lunch and dinner just so-so. Most of the beef was tough and overcooked; even if ordered medium rare. Most of the chicken was on the dry side. The mashed potatoes and fettuccine Alfredo were good, as was the chocolate mousse. The staff is exceptional! We went out on a boat yesterday and saw three sea turtles, two sharks, an eel and multiple rays. We’ll be back. However, we’ll probably eat in town not here.

No me gustó que cerraron sin previo aviso la alberca del rooftop los días que estuvimos, cuando la vista desde ahi fue una de las razones por las que reservamos. Entiendo que las remodelaciones de urgencia a veces no se pueden demorar pero fue una terrible primera impresion que nos enteramos cuando subimos con nuestras toallas emocionados y los trabajadores nos dijeron que estaba cerrado. Ni el chico que nos hizo el checkin ni el gerente en turno tuvieron ni una disculpa. Creo que debieron de notificarnos desde que se planificó el cierre, y al menos hacernolo saber al checkin y proveido opciones alternas. Preguntamos en el lobby bar si podian poner la final de la liga mexicana, y nos dijeron que dependía si había americanos que quisieran ver otra cosa. Se me hizo una respuesta poco amable, y mal que dieran explicitamente preferencia a los extranjeros cuando el hotel mas de la mitad de los huespedes eran mexicanos. Al final fuimos a verlo a otro lado. Lo positivo fue la playa y el staff. La playa y la vista es verdaderamente hermoso y se puede hacer snorkel ahi mismo. Hay equipo de snorkel para prestamo que si bien no es de la mejor calidad, es funcional. Margarita y la hostess en el desayuno y Santiago en el area de alberca excelentes. Nuestra camarista tambien muy bien, y Felipe, otro miembro de recepcion. La verdad mucho contraste entre algunos miembros muy amables y otros malencarados.

Snorkeling was fantastic. Staff was good. Food was pretty good. The hotel was a sauna. Their air conditioning doesn’t work properly. We couldn’t get the temperature in our room any cooler than 26 Degrees Celsius (79 Degrees Fahrenheit). We cut our 7 day stay to one day and moved to a different hotel. Hard to imagine anyone wants to pay so much money for rooms with no air conditioning.

Todo estuvo excelente, salvo que desafortunadamente nos tocó el rooftop cerrado, pero se entiende que le estén dando mantenimiento, excepcional la atención de Facundo en el bar del lobby, y de Felipe en la recepción!!👍
