This stay was literally beyond comprehension. From the moment i stepped into the facility their grace and compassion exceeded expectations it was for my 55th birthday and super memorable. Imagine with me the sunrising upon the edge of the earth 🌎 I walked on the white sands preceding the Indian Ocean with no shoes or socks seeing another run on the beach following suit May i say Madame Anne in guest relations superseded my previous words putting together help for making a garment of special materials from the west negotiator administrator facilitator she was the fire of a consummate artificer of business expertise. This is a must visit place and come highly recommended.

Our stay at Serena Bay was absolutely outstanding from start to finish. The service was exceptional — truly a 10/10 experience thanks to the warm, attentive, and professional staff who made us feel welcome every single day. We stayed for 8 days in a beautiful room overlooking the beach, and waking up to that stunning view every morning was unforgettable. The food was fantastic across both restaurants — delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. One of the highlights was the daily afternoon tea from 4–5 p.m., which offered a lovely selection of treats in a relaxing setting. The spa team was wonderful as well professional, friendly, and they created such a calm, peaceful atmosphere that made it easy to unwind completely. For families, the kids club was an absolute gem. Our 3-year-old daughter adored it and looked forward to going every day. The staff were incredibly caring, patient, and engaging, we could see how much they genuinely enjoyed spending time with the children. Overall, Serena Bay exceeded all our expectations. It’s the perfect place for both relaxation and family fun. We can’t recommend it highly enough and can’t wait to return!

It was perfect, nice clean rooms and property, nice amenities and friendly staff. Except the gym attendant, he was rude, he just continued to watch TV, when we came in, no hi or anything. When I was going to sanitize the equipment I wanted to use , he yelled at me and asked me what am I doing, claiming all the equipments are clean. I didn't even know he works there till he started confronting me.
