It was the night before a very early flight. Good dinner at French restaurant in the hotel, clean room. Very handy for Terminal 5 - as at Terminal 5 ! Quick check in.

The staff was friendly and efficient to handle my check-in process. However, there was a very long queue late at night and i queued up for over 30 mins to get my room.
The room is clean and nice despite that the style of the common area, corridor and room could tell its age which caused slight disappointment as compared with other Sofitel hotel I stayed.

The hotel has a great bar and three choices for dinning. If you are flying out of terminal 5 it is very convenient but I flew from terminal 2 and it was a $46£ taxi ride. You can take train but if you have baggage it is difficult

Always a great stay at the Sofitel. Perfect location for T5 flights. Drop the car, short walk to the hotel, relaxing sleep and a short walk to the terminal. What could be better??
Our first choice when leaving from Heathrow T5.

Friendly welcome right from the moment we pulled up in our car, the guy on the front entrance was really helpful and friendly. Complimentary mini bar was a very nice touch, and very welcome. I didn’t use the hotel onsite parking this time, but next time I think I would.

We love this hotel...this was our fourth time staying here - and it won't be our last. Super convenient location at LHR airport - a little bit of a walk, but all inside. Nice breakfast, comfortable beds and helpful staff.
