Location on hte terminal, nice restaurant, really nice hotel overall.

We cant thank your trainee staff enough for such a friendly caring reception after our flight from Miami. Dabira and Jamie were most courteous and kindly allowed early admitance to our room. This made our stay sublime as were exhausted. They selected a superb spacious room with views a large bathroom with separate bath and fantastic shower. A luxurious treat after a rather small cruise cabin! The huge bed and pillows were a dream. Ice machines are avaliable and a fridge large enough to chill my prosecco and chill food to take back to Gozo. We didnt use the gymn or laundry service this time. When we stayed for Miami departure we got lost. Not this time. It gave us time to do a recce of the Elizabeth lines for T4 early the next morning. Thank you for a comfortable luxurious stay.

Great hotel for an overnight stay, especially if you have an early flight out of Heathrow. It's 2 mins walking distanct to the terminal and it is all connected by a bridge which means you will never have to venture outside to get to T5. Breakfast is fantastic and staff are great!

This is a very misleading hotel. It promotes that it has a spa pool, but they forget to tell you that it is an additional£40 per person. The food offering for lunch is also dismal. I will not be spending another £200 a night here for basic amenities

Desk lamp not working. Shaving mirror bracket loose, meaning mirror flopped forward and therefore unusable for purpose. 4-day parking paid for and upon asking staff what the procedure is for leaving the car park (as there is no physical ticket to get ‘validated’) and was told to just drive to the exit barrier because number plate recognition would match-up with the vehicle details given (and recognise that payment had been made). However, upon returning to Heathrow (after an early start for an early morning flight), at the exit the barrier did not open and screen said payment was due. Call button at the barrier did not work. Needed to reverse car all the way back to front door of hotel in order to discuss with Reception. Upon explaining, staff asked if I had ‘validated’ my parking upon returning to hotel - I said ‘no, I hadn’t’ because their colleague had previously explained I could just leave in my car. The Receptionist said ‘oh, that’s not correct - we have a new procedure in place’ and tapped my vehicle registration into a keypad and said my parking was now validated and I could now drive through the exit. Upon trying to do so, the barrier did not raise and the screen now stated a different amount was due. Reverse back to hotel front door and another conversation with Reception. Back to the exit and payment was still requested. In the end it took almost 20 minutes to exit the car park which after an early start is not acceptable for a “luxury” hotel.

The room was very clean and the bed comfortable, I didn't want to leave.
