Excellent from Stratford rail station onto Elizabeth tube line, straight to terminal 5 heathrow ,5 minute walk under covered walkway to sofitel. So easy.

Perfect room with a king size bed ( my husband is 6ft 5ins) with a super clean bathroom. Just the ticket if you’ve got an early flight from Terminal 5 as the hotel leads into the Terminal. We do didn’t eat there so can’t comment on dining experience. A very convenient & comfortable stay!

Excellent reception staff. Pleasant room and comfortable bed. Very nice bathroom with shower cubicle and bath. But fitted dispenser next to wash basin contains hand lotion and can easily be mistaken for soap. Everything was very clean. No USB-C charger port, although this is now the international standard. Just one USB-A port. No bedside sockets or charger ports. If Premier Inn can manage that, you would expect that at a much more high end hotel. Pleasant bar and friendly staff. Breakfast was good, although we were sat at one end of the dining area and could not see and was not made aware of the offerings of fruit and yogurt on the other counter.

The staff did not answer my questions prior to arrival. Once I arrived at the reception, it was business as usual at any large hotel chain. The amenities have been modernized but not to top notch quality. For example, a shower stall has been added but the shower head is not what I expected in a hotel like this one. I was unable to open the drain in the bath tub. Otherwise clean and comfortable.

Fantastic location, a covered, five minute walk directly from Heathrow terminal Five. Top notch service throughout the hotel. Sumptuous breakfast available as well as delicious dinner choices at the Vivre restaurant. Arrive, enjoy, and forget about jet lag!

If you accept that it’s an airport hotel and therefore a conveyor belt of people then it’s fine (if expensive) for its convenience to T5. Check in usually involves a queue, the bedrooms need a general update and the in room tech is antiquated (only miracast for the TVs - no plug sockets next to the bed let alone usb’s - touch button light switches broken etc). Feels a bit of a time warp really and could do with a refurb.

Hello, During my previous visits I did not have to pay for amenities ( steam room etc) . Now there is an additional £40 charge. I don't pay that in other hotels of this quality. Other than that, I enjoyed the breakfast and convenience of the hotel. Derek
