Really convenient for overnight at LHR T5

Great location, but you pay for it. Interiors a bit cold and tired. Needs a refresh.

Well worth the price, even for only one night. The level of service is great and everyone is very helpful. Very usefully located with a bridge to Heathrow terminal 5, this hotel was really easy to find and traverse. Big shout out to the restaurant across the bar, the service was great and the food was anazing

Great spot to stay for next day early connection flight!

Beautiful hotel conveniently located next to Terminal 5 at Heathrow. Will definitely stay here again next time I am passing through.

A place we always stay before an early flight from Heathrow. Check in smooth, room good, comfortable bed, quiet. Enjoyed a couple of drinks in the bar, good food selection available in the bar, but decided on the restaurant. - One of the restaurants, La Belle Époque, super food, high end, and the other restaurant, a great variety of dishes to suit people from all over the world. Loved my fish dish, and my husband loved his vegetarian. Desserts not so memorable. Great sleep (albeit short), quick check out, felt safe and easily connected to T5 and Heathrow Express is a 5-minute walk. Much better than most airport hotels I have stayed in for sure!

Very convenient for an overnight at Heathrow. I checked in just before midnight, and was out first thing in the morning. A very restful way to spend a long layover. Very comfortable bed. I was out the door of my room and through security in about half an hour. I did not try the breakfast as I had lounge access, and ate there.

Great for an overnight stay if connecting to a flight out of Heathrow or a late night arrival before venturing on.

We went for dinner at the restaurant and the attendant asked at the door about food allergies. I said, yes, no garlic please, they brought a book with every meal they offered and all the ingredients listed. I picked the grilled chicken with goat cheese as garlic was not listed. 15 minutes later the server stated that the chef said there is garlic. I stated that there is clearly a discrepancy between their own departments that can cause a medical issue for a customer. The restaurant manager came over and instead of apologizing, he said that my only choice was to pick something else, no recommendations of what that meal was as they add garlic to almost everything. Finally I order the salmon and a Caesar salad. We waited 45 minutes to get a meal. No apologies, no we are going to correct our own documents, we fell that we were causing the problem. We stay there because is the most convenient hotel for our frequent trips to Heathrow Terminal 5. The hotel is beautiful, super clean and worth the price since you don't need to take any transportation, you just walk in from the terminal. We will stay there again but might not eat at the restaurant.

no charging plugs for Phones and computers for USA travelers !!!

Thin duvet and we got cold during the night. Would adjust air conditioning in future. Location for T5, staff and everything else vet good.

Convenient, clean

Lovely hotel , very quiet rooms, no plane noise. Clean and well presented rooms. Great welcome by staff.

Bed was comfy and I liked the design. Was disappointed that there was only instant coffee offered in the room. I stayed because it was so handy to the airport. I didn’t use any amenities or go to the restaurant.

Great room with very easy access to terminal 5 or transport links to the other terminals.

Our room was very nice - a bit worn in places but nicely appointed - we had a large room with a large bathroom and really pleased it had a very comfortable bed. Disappointed to find our only option for in-room coffee in the morning was instant packets and a kettle… every hotel we stayed at in the UK over the previous 2 weeks had a Nespresso machine and pods, so surprised a more upscale hotel only offered a ‘budget’ coffee option… The hotel itself is a bit of a walk to get to from the airport terminal but you pass a M&S on the way which is great if you need some last minute snacks or a simple meal to have in your room. The room rate we paid was decent and we would recommend the hotel to others travellers.
