커피 트레이에 먼지가 쌓인 것 빼고는 모든 것이 괜찮았음 객실은 잘 정돈되고 넓고 큼지막함 거울이 세개나 벽면에 성치되어 있어서 여럿이 채비할 때 한결 여유로웠다 조식도 비교적 다양하며 특히 머스터드까지 미니병에 들어 있어 인상적이었다 이곳의 슬리퍼를 챙겨가서 이후 숙소에서 아주 유용하게 사용 단 칫솔은 없으니 문의해보도록

The room was clean and very well resourced. It was quiet and comfortable.

Room was tired, no natural light, only instant coffee, no outlets next to bed, and the desk outlet set my adapter on fire (it’s been fine in countless other places). Super disappointing experience.

Great, clean, comfortable hotel at Heathrow T5. Onsite restaurants are excellent and staff super helpful

Water was switched off for “scheduled maintenance’ at 10.30. Had we known this would happen we would have showered before breakfast. We were on a long haul flight and could not even wash our hands, let alone have a shower. Why did nobody tell us this was going to happen when we checked in? I understand that maintenance had to happen but just tell us, and we could have planned accordingly .

Room was spotless, staff were courteous and polite

Hotel had a very large conference on whilst we were there. This took precedence over other customers. Bars were heaving, conference people blocking all the corridors with drinks in their hands, shouting, laughing and generally having a good time at the expense of other guests. Shower in the room not working properly - reported to management. Food quality well below what we normally get a thus hotel. Shame.

The hotel was an excellent choice for the stay before our morning flight. Would stay again.

Razoável para uma noite! Não tem as comodidades dentro do quarto que costumam existir em outros hotéis, precisando pedir para o room service. Muito bom café da manhã!

Staff were friendly and helpful and you cannot beat the location if you have an early flight from T5. I was only there for one night but would say that a major miss was that they did not have any plugs bedside. I don't want to have to get out of bed to access my devices.

Very nice front desk reception, clean room, free upgrade but the main selling point gl me is proximity to departures. You can be there 5 montages leaving the room.

Tv didn’t work properly and kept freezing. Some of the light switches didn’t work. Staff were very friendly and attentive

Convenient to Terminal 5. Rooms need to be upgraded to better support multi device charging. Limited power ports.

Staff, on my exit I asked for an emailed statement for my company records and it was never sent yet they are flooding my inbox with Accor sales ads!!
