커피 트레이에 먼지가 쌓인 것 빼고는 모든 것이 괜찮았음 객실은 잘 정돈되고 넓고 큼지막함 거울이 세개나 벽면에 성치되어 있어서 여럿이 채비할 때 한결 여유로웠다 조식도 비교적 다양하며 특히 머스터드까지 미니병에 들어 있어 인상적이었다 이곳의 슬리퍼를 챙겨가서 이후 숙소에서 아주 유용하게 사용 단 칫솔은 없으니 문의해보도록

Very friendly and helpful staff

Stayed night before flight out on holidays. Didnt have breakfast but lovely evening meal with good food and service. Nice room and very good Reception staff

The lady at reception was very helpful and we got a lovely room which was quiet and very comfortable. The meal we had in the evening was delicious and breakfast was very varied and tasty. We would highly recommend the Sofitel.

Clean room, good quality hotel. Good service.

Last persons food was still in the fridge. Many workers standing around the front desk not doing anything. The trip from T5 to the hotel is long. With all the staff at the front doing nothing they could get some hotel trolleys to help with luggage. I would think a basic requirement of a "luxury hotel". There should also be a complimentary shuttle between terminals. Whats the point of being an airport hotel if you don’t provide access to the airport. Even terminal T5 is far away. Some nice amenities but the hotel room is quite old and used. Limited outlet access ability. Generally staff were kind apart from some less enthused staff working in the bar.

Unfortunately the breakfast buffet is always tired and overcooked. Great selection of cold, healthy or cooked to order however.

Great location for access to Terminal 5. Staff were excellent. Room was very nice. Onsite Bar & Restaurant also very good.

I love the water pressure of the shower, the room was clean the staff we interacted with were friendly

the room was very clean, the space was beautiful and comfortable, the location was excellent, and the host was very responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great experience.
