Great room and service

Room was clean and served the purpose for what we needed the night before our flight. Did what it was meant to - nothing more, nothing less.

We’ve stayed here a few times and didn’t have a great experience the first time (smelled like cigarettes and they immediately switched our room) but it is so convenient to the airport we have it another try. Ever since we have had an excellent experience. Rooms have been clean and always excellent service. We travel to England 1-2 times a year and always stay here on our way back home since it is connected to the international terminal via walking path. M&S food is available in the terminal so dinner and breakfast are very cheap

We enjoyed our stay and will return in the future.

Very nice place located in terminal 5 making it easy from hotel to early morning commute to my plane.

Room was indeed spotless. Reception Staff very understanding when illness required late checkout.

Poor quality rooms for a supposed to be 5 star and service in restaurant too slow

Staff. 4 stars as the room was low lighting and old plugs. Ice machine not working on floor.

Room is great. Bed is super comfortable. The bathroom is fantastic. Front desk is always very polite and helpful.

Great hotel, extremely convenient located at London Heathrow airport

Staff were fab

Staff were friendly and extreamly helpful. Pillows were soooo comfy. Only one niggle from us, hardly any coffee/tea, sugar in room... and able to make one drink, only one spoon.
