Good over night stay pre flight

No electrical adapters available and no hair straighteners available. Would expect for an airport hotel to have travel amenities

This is a 3.5-4 Star hotel at best. Worst club level food we have ever experienced. Don’t pay for the upgrade.

Hotel and staff are wonderful. How they number the rooms, well it is very confusing. The rooms are nice, nice amenities.

nice hotel, comfy room and great gym. Only negative was the breakfast, over £30 and it was just a pretty basic hotel buffet. Either get it included in the room charge or I wouldn't bother and find something better elsewhere

Of course you are staying here for convenience to Terminal 5. The hotel is fine overall but the internet was rarely working and very slow for the night I was there, simply not excusable for what the daily rate is. Its a quirky hotel, somewhat confusing to navigate as others have noted and perhaps trying to be a bit too modern and different for simple things like lighting controls.

The internet was available but so slow couldn’t do important work stuff that was due. Called front desk they were of no help We had a total of 2 other devices we shut these off hoping internet would get quicker. No such luck

Not at all what was advertised. I was promised an email from a manager. I never got an email. I requested a FULL refund because of the uncleanliness of the room. There were numerous maintenance issues in the room - broken faucetS (plural), shower door did not close, towel hook was missing, fridge did not work, issues with the TV. Bathroom was DIRTY. Toilet had not been cleaned. There was mold in the shower. Took 20 minutes to reach the reception! ALL of this should have been dealt with PRIOR to check-in. I tried to get this resolved prior to checking out but no one was available! No surprise there. The assistant manager promised that the manager would reach out. I am still waiting.

Everything was excellent If I had to be hyper critical the room was very warm and the air conditioning didn’t help a lot

Friendly staff, easy check in, get the basic toiletries support I needed as my wife, and I didn't receive our luggage.

The hotel is very convenient if in transit overnight but our suite needs updating and upgrading. Staff were all friendly and accommodating

Amazing hotel with a great restaurant for dinner

Used to be a great hotel for an airport stay, now it’s very overpriced for services. Can’t charge phones in rooms and most sockets don’t work anymore (based on two different stays recently). Staff are very unhelpful and seem annoyed to have to converse with the general public. Far too expensive for a basic stay. Stayed during major baggage problems at terminal 5, and hotel staff couldn’t have been more unhelpful if they tried.

All was excellent

The bed was absolutely horrible. The mattress should have been changed some time ago. There was a big sag in the mattress. I expected a lot more from the hotel given the high cost of the room. One of the employees acted as if we were trespassing and followed us around...not sure why. The woman who checked us in at the front reception was excellent - which is why the hotel rating is not lower.

We enjoyed it.

Room was dated, bed moved apart as soon as you sat on it. Although booked for 3 people we only had towels coffee etc for two. For the price we paid I thought it was not to the standard the price warranted.
