Wonderful stays

出入要經過一條斜坡，不駕車很不方便。行李多或購物不是太好選擇

There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient

Location is good, takes 7 minutes walk to the hotel from the station Circular Quay. There is a plaza in front of station and with various of food. Hotel staffs are very nice. Benjamin was very helpful and kind to make us feel like home.

Excellent comfortable stay in central Sydney

Lovely hotel, fantastic location. Hotel can get busy and check in, check out but they have plenty of staff to try and maintain it. Rooms are getting on a bit, but it’s perfectly clean and comfortable. I would recommend based on it will be my first choice in Sydney again

룸은넓으나베드는오래되서 꺼진것같고뷰는오페라하우스가 바로보여좋았으나 전철역에서찾아가기힘들었어요.조식뷔페는주로빵위주였고 과일은여러종류라좋았네요

Stayed the night at the hotel and the staff was amazing and we every helpful. The view from the room was amazing and bed so comfortable. Watched a beautiful sunrise in the morning.

The hotel lived up to it's status of a high end resort. The staff were over the top helpful.

I have aaked for an early check in during booking, they have not declined. Made me me to wait seven hours in the lobby before getting the room very bad customer service

Paid over &1000 for a Saturday night stayed on level 31 considered a premium room with views over opera house & harbour bridge. This level of accommodation allowed me access to level 30 for afternoon tea, then canapés & unlimited wine & drinks. Then breakfast in the am. My sons room was level 8 & not allowed the privileges I had. My room was standard hotel accommodation not worth $1000. The shower had a fixed head & I would have liked a separate hose head for extra cleanliness. The staff were very helpful. Food & drinks were lovely. My room for $1000 was totally overpriced .

I booked a room with an Opera house view and was not given it, even thought I paid extra for it. The hotel staff were of absolutely no use in trying to help solve the problem.
