搞錯房帳 在櫃檯罰站1小時 早餐很糟

Wonderful stays

出入要經過一條斜坡，不駕車很不方便。行李多或購物不是太好選擇

There is a slope next to the hotel, if you’re traveling with elder people or small children, it might be little inconvenient

Very nice sheets. The bathtub is deep and comfortable. The view is nice.

Club lounge was unexpectedly great with nibbles in the afternoon and light snack and wine etc at night Our room overlooked the harbour and was gorgeous and very big

The standard of room is outdated very minimal view of Opera House. This hotel needs to uplift its game.

Fantastic property. Great views over the harbour if you choose rooms on that side. There is a ledge that you can sit on & sit & enjoy the views or sit & read. Staff were very polite & professional. Room size was very generous & especially liked the bed & bedding. It was a very comfortable sleep. Highly recommend.

Bar staff were amazing . Best bloody Mary's of all time .. coffee amazing .

Nice hotel

立地もよく、綺麗で快適なホテルでした。部屋もバスルームも広くゆっくりできました。 残念な点を挙げるとすると、水回りの清掃です。3日連泊だったのですが、バスタブは清掃してもらえなかった様子で壁面に髪の毛が残ったままでした。また大人2人子供1人で利用しましたが、タオルは3人分ご用意いただいたのですがスリッパは2名分でした。

Unbelievably great! Easily the slickest check in experience with helpful, intelligent and efficient staff. Room is amazing, topped off only by the views of the Sydney Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House. Room service laksa was ridiculously good, and I have a Malaysian background. Worth every cent and then some. Just do it.

Our Exec Opera house city king room was nice and large with a great view over the Harbour with a generous bathroom with walk-in shower and full bath. The staff are friendly and very helpful with planning our visit to Sydney and The Rocks. Check in was a breeze but the lifts were very crowded with long waits over the holiday weekend. Altitude restaurant serves lovely dishes with an exceptional view. You can grab a quick coffee and bite to eat at the Lobby lounge or a full breakfast at their Cafe Mix before heading out to explore the waterfront,the opera house, city or parks.
