Guildford is a quiet small town. My stay is to visit relatives and was about a week in the same hotel. It is situated near edge of the city centre with an easy walk to reach. On the first day of my arrival, it was about midnight. The greeting staff who was in full of hospitality arranged the staying process. We expressed that due to the late arrival and no dinner at all, the staff immediately oet a pizza for us although the chef has already gone off.
Throughout the week, we experienced a quiet and present environment as well as the marvelous food prepared by the chef at dinner. A present experience of the said hotel.

We were disappointed that the spa was fully booked for that day and the next day just to use the sauna and pool facilities. This was why we chose this hotel so that was extremely disappointing

Very slow disorganised check in. Queued for 40 minutes.
Also told that pool access (no other treatments) in the spa was turn up on the day. But turning up the next day we were almost laughed at for not booking a slot previously

The hotel location is great and perfect for shopping and good restaurants. We stayed in one of the refurbished rooms and it’s an improvement to the previous room in colour. The televisions could do with an upgrade though and the bed had a fairly plush mattress topper which didn’t really hide the fact that it wasn’t a new mattress. The shower is rather small even though the bathroom is a good size. They have moved the fridge into the closet which reduce the amount of hanging space and drawer space for clothing which made a difference as we’re staying for a week.

Impeccable service from reception staff. Jenny was extremely professional, courteous and helpful. Excellent service. Well organised from check in and thtoughout our stay. She organised for our room to be decorated, plus complimentary drinks and cakes.
Spa - lovely and clean. Very therapeutic.
Enjoyed the meal at Harbar restuarant. Lovely meal. Bday cake. Very enjoyable. The staff are clearly well trained!
