Lancaster Gate Hotel

這次入住家庭房，房型很大～也很乾淨 雖然設備有舊了一點，但都還堪用 服務人員也挺友善的 下次有機會再到倫敦，會在考慮這間住宿

Room rates including breakfast which is quite good. 5 mins walk to underground station and a lots of restaurants and supermarkets which are open till midnight! It’s very convenience.

Just an OK place but in a great area of London

Great location but the rooms are pretty tired

Shower valve was stuck on hot needs repair. Cooked breakfast was poor quality. Just have coffee, toast etc next time. Staff very friendly, clean comfortable quiet, overall i would stay here again

Wifi was very poor in rooms. Buffet breakfast was overpriced and barely tolerable quality. No bar soap, no Kleenex, no facecloth, no phone in room, no refrigerator in room. Comforter was too heavy - no alternative blankets. Good location for busing to Trafalgar Square etc.

Overall a good place & within 5 blocks of many restaurants, services, the Tube & hopon hopoff busses, but could use some improvements to make it more comfortable. Mattresses def could be more comfy, maybe add memory foam toppers, something so they don't feel so hard. Also, no washrags avbl...handowels are too big to use in the shower. Bigger soap dispensers for shower. In general, a water fountain somewhere for guests to fill bottles and an ice machine.

Nice hotel in good location. Beds somewhat firm but otherwise a pleasant experience.

The hotel was good with decent sized rooms. The location is OK although very convenient for the Swan pub which became our end of day go-to location for a pint (or two), and Lancaster Gate tube stop is a short walk away Check in was bit of an ordeal. A new computer system had just gone live and all the details I had provided on the original reservation had to be re-entered. I know this is not the fault of the front desk staff but they have to deal with annoyed customers (like me). A temporary issue I'm sure, but not a good customer experience. Some things to note from my stay: - some rooms require you to climb stairs to get to them even though you rode the lift/elevator. If you're a handicapped traveler be sure to NOT get one of these rooms. - in my bathroom the shower water fluctuated randomly from scalding hot to freezing cold. I reported this to the front desk and maybe it has been addressed. My travel companion did not have this issue in this room.

Our stay here lasted several days. The location was excellent—centrally located to almost everything we wanted to do and see, with an underground station just a short walk away. The neighborhood felt safe, and the staff were all wonderful and very accommodating. That said, there were some downsides. Our room and bathroom both had visible mold, and the hotel overall had a noticeable mildew smell. The shower water temperature was inconsistent, staying lukewarm at best and often dropping to cold, though the tub shower head did provide hot water. Overall, this hotel works well for a short stay, but for four or more days I would choose somewhere else.

Great location, multiple diner options close by, handy short taxi to Paddington & Heathrow Express

Location was great, close to Underground and Paddington Station, Hyde Park & Kensington just around the corner. Close to shops. Friendly staff and very helpful. Could use an upgrade on the carpet in the room, bar soap and facial tissue would be a bonus. All in all great stay,

Clean and comfortable

I chose this property for location. It did not disappoint. The hotel is clean, quiet and had air conditioning. My only complaint was the room we had was small compared to what I am use to.

Close to everything we needed. Transportation, dining, shopping, parks.

The staff could not be more helpful and friendly. Just a short walk from tube stations and bus stop. However, be very careful with water. Being in an old building temp of water changes on its own. That is the only negative thing I can say

Beds were uncomfortable. The floor lowered in hallway and was easy to trip on. Someone overflowed sink or tub above and flooded our room

har bott på hotellet tidigare och varit nöjd. denna gången upplevde vi att det var fuktigt i rummet. skillnaden var påtaglig når vi gick från rummet och till korridoren som upplevdes normal
