The first room they gave me the AC was broken In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack...

Supert hotell. Veldig sentralt 1 min fra Oxford Street. Service både ved innsjekk, bagasjerom og ikke minst i baren er fantastisk. Anbefaler Espresso Martini’en som var en av de beste vi har smakt.

I travelled with my two teenage sons. We chose this hotel because of its great location. We booked an executive room, because we liked the idea of a big room, robes and slippers (for the kids), and free minibar that would replenish daily. The room was spacious and clean. The breakfast in the lounge was also quite good. When we checked in, our robes and slippers weren’t in the room. After asking, we got 2 pairs of slippers (we were 3 guests) and no robes. I politely asked again, and then the staff said it was by request only, and that they only had one rice left. Excuse me? We paid for this service, and you failed to deliver. After asking 5(!) times, we finally got the last pair of slippers, but no more robes. The same with the minibar, which was supposed to be replenished daily. That never happened. We asked for replenishment every day, which kind of was a hassle, because it’s their job, but although I asked, it was replenished only twice during our 6 night stay. As the week went by, I gave up, as the staff made me feel like a burden for asking all the time. We had to purchase our own soft drinks instead, which was annoying as we paid for this with the room. The last day, we asked for an early service in the room, but when we came back for a rest and shower at 18 o’clock, the room still wasn’t serviced. They came when we were going to shower, I asked if they could wait for 20 minutes, but all I got was a «no». I expect service significantly earlier than this time.

Hotellissa perhehuone on iso ja huoneen jääkaapissa ilmaista vettä ja limua. Aamupala kattava, munakkaan paistetaan oman toiveen mukaisesti. Kaikin puolin ystävällinen palvelu. Matkalaukun pystyi hyvin jättämään vartioituun säilytykseen ennen ja jälkeen yöpymisen.
