Our stay was great. We booked the deluxe room which was very spacious, quiet and fully equiped. The hotel had a double check service of cleaning so that everything was perfect. Great location, in the heart of London. Highly recommended

The first room they gave me the AC was broken In view of the heat wave, i asked for a change of room which the reception changed for me immediately The concierge took my luggage when I arrived at the hotel, and they said they will bring them to my room, but I waited for more than 30 mins after checking in and I called and they said it is not yet been transferred So I went back downstairs and I had to go into the storage to see my luggages were on the luggage rack...

Concierge front desk everyone in the hotel was so helpful and accommodating to us. Great staff great location. From the min we arrived till we left even in the restaurant they came out to say goodbye to us. Credit to management. We are well travelled. So this is saying something 😊

Great central location right next to tube station and across from Hyde Park. Also next to great shopping options on Oxford Street. Very clean bedroom with good amenities and layout. Staff were friendly and efficient. Air conditioning was a godsend during heatwave (34 degrees outside!). The executive lounge was very useful for snacks and drinks in the late afternoon when we were resting in the hotel and before heading out for the evening. Good selection of food and drinks at the lounge, including bubbly and wines.

The hotel was an overall very nice stay for two nights. It was constantly busy though which made it feel extra cramped and not as relaxing of a stay as it could have been. The room I booked was not available, though they upgraded my room the following night. The location was easy to get to from the airport and the underground and train were right nearby. I would definitely consider staying again for a short trip coming in from Heathrow.

Room was clean and quiet, though there was a bit of noise from the aircon while the window was open that some might find bothersome. Staff were friendly and helpful at all times. Went to breakfast once and the food was OK, but other guests were behaving like animals, pushing and shoving, walking between seated people as they couldn't be bothered to walk round tables, worried the food would run out, want to get their money's worth etc. Great location for Oxford St (obvs) and main tourist attractions. If mobility is not a concern, easy walking distance to Picadilly Circus, Soho, Leicester Sq, Bucks Palace etc. Tube station very nearby. I'd stay here again, but would choose room only to avoid the restaurant.

Very nice hotel. Room was spacious with plenty of drawers and closet space. Breakfast was great as was the staff. The remodeled bath/shower leaves a lot to be desired. Little room to stand except right on the drain which then closes it. The elevators don’t go down to ground level, you have to take the stairs or a different Lyft

Beautiful lobby and area, super close to everything! The hallway had wallpaper tares some places, the room carpet had a big old stain, and there was 3 small holes in the ceiling. BUT compared to other London hotels in the area, this was much better than the cheap hotels. You pay a little more - but it is worth it and better. Trust me, I’ve been to countless London hotels and this was good. Don’t except perfect luxury - but we don’t for this price, and it was great. Big room, huge amazing window, nice shower and everything clean. The best part was a quiet area, even thought we had a huge window right out to the street. Zero noise from either streets nor the hallway/neighbourrooms. They have Starbucks in the lobby, shopping stores and restaurants. Super close to both busses and underground. Will definetely stay here again :)
