Hotel staff very kind and friendly, check-in time flexible, easy access to and from the hotel, there is halte bus under pedestrian bridge in front of the hotel, hotel location super strategic across the Surabaya's biggest shopping mall Tunjungan Plaza, room clean and spacious, not cramped, comfy for Muslims to do daily prayers. POP! Hotel Diponegoro Surabaya

The hotel is great for a short escape. The location is very strategic, the room is wide and clean, the service is excellent! They gave me a non-smoking room as I requested and I am so grateful for that. And what great next is that they gave guests a reusable and refilled water bottle and glasses so that no plastic wasted. Go Green!

BATIQA Hotel Darmo - Surabaya

The second time I stayed at Batiqa. The first one is for business and this time for exploring Surabaya. Overall so great! The staff at the lobby was very helpful in handling my problem with the room key. And of course, the food at the rooftop is awesome! Especially the Nasi Goreng Batiqa 🔥 Very recommended! Shoutout to staff Kak Rizky from FnB department, very helpful and so nice at the same time.
