Dirty room. Old styled. Hair from previous stay in bath tub. No shower gel. Carpets were thread bare. Moths in cubboard. Mould in bathroom.

Clean, comfortable enough. Small bathroom. It’s a big hotel, so there’s a wait for the elevator/lift when you’re on the 18th floor. Breakfast at 9 is chaos with hundreds of people.

The breakfast bar food was fresh. The room was clean when we arrived. We found a shoe under one of the beds from a previous guest. We they cleaned the room they did not restock the coffee and tea unless

Excellent hotel in a great location. Lots of stuff to do in the hotel while waiting for transit to and from the train station. Would use again!

Unusual layout with tower, west, east etc

Very large hotel. Nice enough rooms that are modern and clean. There was some confusion regarding our room not being ready when we arrived (6pm, so I would expect it to have been ready for a couple of hours) we were initially offered a different room type that we did not want (2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 2x double beds in one room). However, it was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room didn’t seem 100% ready when we got there. But it was good enough. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff inside (other than the man at the door who welcomed us) were not particularly polite or welcoming. Other than these minor gripes it was a good stay. The area felt comfortable enough to walk around. There are several places nearby to get food and drink and this is one of the very few hotels in London where it is possible for a family of four to all sleep the same room using 2 double beds, without anyone needing to use a flimsy sofa bed.

The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.” We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude. But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant!

Clean room, friendly staff, well located. Only drawback is there was an issue with the cold water (it was coming hot) but maintenance came quickly and despite not able to fix it, they found a work around. Breakfast has an extensive range of products, but the quality was not great.

We were in the newer building. But the exit was routes through the main building so bit of a walk. The breakfast was excellent. Very high quality, loved the coffee. Close to underground and lots of food options. Loved it! Repeat stay here.

Able to get early check in which was brilliant.
