希爾頓倫敦都市酒店

只給第一天一次水，其他天都要自費，是這次住宿唯一的不滿意

Good location. Good bar and cafe. Room is not modern but comfortable

這次住宿7晚，室內空間感很棒，可惜大廳沒有提供開水，房內也沒有浴缸

有可帕的霉味，住了幾天甚至屋頂漏水不能換房間。附近不安全。

客房是普通酒店的裝修和有點殘舊，大堂'、酒吧和餐廳裝潢時尚。休閒設施不足，泳池也没有，地點可以但不是最佳選擇，工作人員服務良好，總括性價差。

辦理check-in的女職員沒有ㄧ絲笑容。 孩子們住的968房，馬桶沖水把手很難壓，房間會聽到許多怪聲。 最後一晚先生和大兒子要在酒吧喝酒，結果坐在椅子上等很久，都不見服務生前來點餐。 我們住的970房間，淋浴設備很好，清潔狀況也不錯。但是書桌旁二孔插座壞掉無法充電。 整體而言，這是個服務糟糕、設施破舊的旅館，價格也非常昂貴。並且對東方人不友善。

Beautiful clean hotel and staff very friendly and helpful

Nice and helpful staff, very nice, clean room. No complaints at all!

Half of the hotel is extremely old and has a mildew smell. Also that side doesn’t have the same security as the other side. Nor do they use the entrance on that side. So you have to walk through the entire hotel to get to those elevators. They used fans the first day to clear the mildew smell but that didn’t last long.

The breakfast staff were very helpful. However, the Front desk and other staff are not as helpful. The hotel is reportedly undergoing renovation, and after paying a good amount of money for each night’s accommodation, they still try to upsell you by giving you the non-renovated rooms first and asking you to pay up for the renovated rooms. Overall, it does not fully meet the standard standards of a good Hilton hotel.

Will stay again. Perfect location for metro and main station trains.

Easy to navigate from… great cafe and restaurant on site. Disappointed no pool… or sauna…

All the staff i spoke to were very helpful from booking in to having a little chat with a very nice security man too staff at breakfast till booking out looking forward to coming back

Der var utrolig dårlig lydisolering mellem værelserne. Det er længe siden at jeg har følt at naboerne nærmest var inde på mit værelse... så lydt var der. Værelset i sig selv var ok. Der var en serviet-dåse på badeværelset som var ulækker, ellers vil jeg også sige at der var rent. Vågnede om natten pgs. husspetakler i naboværelset. Hotellets vagt udviste god autoritet omkring situationen hvilket var meget trygt.
