希爾頓倫敦都市酒店

這次住宿7晚，室內空間感很棒，可惜大廳沒有提供開水，房內也沒有浴缸

有可帕的霉味，住了幾天甚至屋頂漏水不能換房間。附近不安全。

客房是普通酒店的裝修和有點殘舊，大堂'、酒吧和餐廳裝潢時尚。休閒設施不足，泳池也没有，地點可以但不是最佳選擇，工作人員服務良好，總括性價差。

辦理check-in的女職員沒有ㄧ絲笑容。 孩子們住的968房，馬桶沖水把手很難壓，房間會聽到許多怪聲。 最後一晚先生和大兒子要在酒吧喝酒，結果坐在椅子上等很久，都不見服務生前來點餐。 我們住的970房間，淋浴設備很好，清潔狀況也不錯。但是書桌旁二孔插座壞掉無法充電。 整體而言，這是個服務糟糕、設施破舊的旅館，價格也非常昂貴。並且對東方人不友善。

Overall okay. Value for money

房間大但比較舊，樓層高，分開唔同building，附近唔多商店，前店服務好，不錯選擇。

The environmental hygiene is poor, and the living room is covered in dust, clearly not cleaned The most outrageous thing is that the staff knocked on the door at 8:30 in the morning and said they wanted to clean the room, even though we were still sleeping

Havde større forventninger når man giver så mange penge for et ophold på Hilton. Kunne ligeså godt have booket et billigere alternativ. Vi boede i West Wing som bare præg af at det var gammelt og slidt. Sengene gamle og hårde. Ingen komfort. Eneste opløftende var at morgenmadsbuffet levede op til forventningerne og var god. Stort udvalg og selvom der var mange mennesker har de 2 afdelinger hvilket gør det føles mindre overfyldt!

It’s an excellent hotel with a very convenient location and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Lots of stuff to do in the hotel while waiting for transit to and from the train station. Would use again!

Unusual layout with tower, west, east etc

Clean rooms. Good location. I will be happy to stay again.

Superbra frukost. Rent och fräscht, väldigt nära tunnelbanan. Vi var väldigt nöjda med hotellet.

Very large hotel. Nice enough rooms that are modern and clean. There was some confusion regarding our room not being ready when we arrived (6pm, so I would expect it to have been ready for a couple of hours) we were initially offered a different room type that we did not want (2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 2x double beds in one room). However, it was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room didn’t seem 100% ready when we got there. But it was good enough. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff inside (other than the man at the door who welcomed us) were not particularly polite or welcoming. Other than these minor gripes it was a good stay. The area felt comfortable enough to walk around. There are several places nearby to get food and drink and this is one of the very few hotels in London where it is possible for a family of four to all sleep the same room using 2 double beds, without anyone needing to use a flimsy sofa bed.
