Half of the hotel is extremely old and has a mildew smell. Also that side doesn’t have the same security as the other side. Nor do they use the entrance on that side. So you have to walk through the entire hotel to get to those elevators. They used fans the first day to clear the mildew smell but that didn’t last long.

The breakfast staff were very helpful. However, the Front desk and other staff are not as helpful. The hotel is reportedly undergoing renovation, and after paying a good amount of money for each night’s accommodation, they still try to upsell you by giving you the non-renovated rooms first and asking you to pay up for the renovated rooms. Overall, it does not fully meet the standard standards of a good Hilton hotel.

Will stay again. Perfect location for metro and main station trains.

Easy to navigate from… great cafe and restaurant on site. Disappointed no pool… or sauna…

All the staff i spoke to were very helpful from booking in to having a little chat with a very nice security man too staff at breakfast till booking out looking forward to coming back

Unhelpful reception staff. Long queues to check in and asked to join them again when room keycard didn’t work.

Great as they found a room for me even though I arrived at 8am. Was wonderful as I was able to drop my luggage and run to my meetings in London. My room and the hotel are great and the location near Paddington Station - excellent. Great food nearby and was able to take the Heathrow Express to and from LHR. Only issue was check in. There were two customers ahead of me. There was some issue with each of them that took forever to resolve - maybe 15 mins. There were other staff members available but all were some how required to resolve these issues. One was more senior and I've always learned that you should leave the more senior member to resolve the issue and free up the more junior one to attend to new customers.

The location was ok close to the underground but not is a touristy area. Good for family. The housekeeping was so missed.

Clean room, comfortable bed, and a thoughtful bath mat in the bathroom that made shower time safer for my child. Unfortunately, I woke up late and missed breakfast. Overall, a lovely and pleasant stay.

Even though there was a considerable queue and people needing a lot of help, the staff were swift and friendly. The room was clean, had A/C, was quiet, and I got sleep. I would say that people smoking near the entrance was a drawback.
