Hilton London Metropole

Havde større forventninger når man giver så mange penge for et ophold på Hilton. Kunne ligeså godt have booket et billigere alternativ. Vi boede i West Wing som bare præg af at det var gammelt og slidt. Sengene gamle og hårde. Ingen komfort. Eneste opløftende var at morgenmadsbuffet levede op til forventningerne og var god. Stort udvalg og selvom der var mange mennesker har de 2 afdelinger hvilket gør det føles mindre overfyldt!

It’s an excellent hotel with a very convenient location and helpful staff.

Excellent hotel in a great location. Lots of stuff to do in the hotel while waiting for transit to and from the train station. Would use again!

Unusual layout with tower, west, east etc

Clean rooms. Good location. I will be happy to stay again.

Superbra frukost. Rent och fräscht, väldigt nära tunnelbanan. Vi var väldigt nöjda med hotellet.

Very large hotel. Nice enough rooms that are modern and clean. There was some confusion regarding our room not being ready when we arrived (6pm, so I would expect it to have been ready for a couple of hours) we were initially offered a different room type that we did not want (2 separate adjoining rooms instead of 2x double beds in one room). However, it was sorted out within 10 minutes. The room didn’t seem 100% ready when we got there. But it was good enough. The breakfast room was very busy and the staff inside (other than the man at the door who welcomed us) were not particularly polite or welcoming. Other than these minor gripes it was a good stay. The area felt comfortable enough to walk around. There are several places nearby to get food and drink and this is one of the very few hotels in London where it is possible for a family of four to all sleep the same room using 2 double beds, without anyone needing to use a flimsy sofa bed.

we had bad experiences in room service always something is missing. I think the workers are not well controlled. we did not experienced this before.

Desayunos regular

The breakfast hall was quite chaotic, and we had to wait for a table. As we were a large group, this was somewhat difficult. Two members of our group arrived earlier and were given a table for two. When the rest of us arrived, we were told that we could not be given another table as we had “already been allocated one.” We then moved to a larger table so that we could all sit together, however a staff member approached us and told us off in a manner that came across as quite rude. But the concierge and other staff were just brilliant!

Clean room, friendly staff, well located. Only drawback is there was an issue with the cold water (it was coming hot) but maintenance came quickly and despite not able to fix it, they found a work around. Breakfast has an extensive range of products, but the quality was not great.

Værelset var ok, men en del støj fra håndværkere fra øvre etage.

Fikk et fint rom, bra størrelse- rent og pent! Veldig fornøyd. Har bodd her tidligere også og kommer gjerne tilbake! 👍😊 Anbefales.

De locatie is perfect! Het metrostation en de bushaltes liggen op loopafstand, en je kunt ook veel bezienswaardigheden makkelijk te voet ontdekken. Wat ons verblijf extra bijzonder maakte, was de attente service van het personeel. Ze hadden de kamer versierd met ballonnen en een persoonlijk kaartje voor mijn jarige zoon, echt zo’n lief gebaar! Hij was er helemaal blij mee.
