Great location, friendly staff, comfy beds!

Am a Hilton Honors Gold member. The positives: Great breakfast! Train station is within close proximity to the hotel. The negatives: The room looked tired and dismal!! The ceiling had white lights on half of the room and the other half had warm white lights! The wall behind the flush made weird noises after flushing There is this irritating info panel (that states “UHD TV” “Intelligent Processor”, “Quad Core Processor”, “4K Active HDR”, “Ultra Surround”) that appears and covers a partial side of the tv screen and it appears either right side of the screen or left side. Can’t get rid of it! Very irritating! The sink was choked as the sink stopper had sunk in; but fortunately the hotel sent a technician to fix it. The wing I was staying is in need of renovation!

Hilton London Metropole is a comfortable and a luxurious hotel located at Edware Road. Staff was so kind and helpful. Especially David from the reception desk, he was really of high assistance. Location is also convenient for underground, bus and/or taxi. We have been able to go around easily. Cleanliness is perfect. Breakfast is more than excellent 👍 Next time, we would love to stay here again.

I'm not sure they can legally call this place a Hotel, roadside Motels are better than this place. The wallpaper was peeling, the ceiling was falling off, the elevators were broken, the fridge didn't work, the floor wasn't vacuumed, and the fan in the bathroom didn't work. I shall avoid all Hilton's from now on.

Mooi hotel, fijne bedden, goede koffie beneden in het restaurant. Aardige mensen, mooi uitzicht, dicht bij de metro. Gewoon prima!

Séjour en famille (2 adultes et 2 ados). Hôtel très bien situé, à proximité du métro, des bus, de commerces et de nombreux restaurants. Petit déjeuner sous forme de buffet fort sympathique avec du choix. La chambre avec 2 lits doubles était confortable, la literie de bonne qualité et la chambre était propre. Un peu déçu que le couloir de l'étage n'est pas bénéficié de ce même entretien. Personnel agréable et souriant.

La habitación no tenía ventilación al exterior. La ventana no se podía abrir. Sólo aire acondicionado. Baño viejo. Nos tocó una parte vieja del hotel.

Stayed for 4 nights. Comfortable beds and ample space for a hotel room, safe in the room. The location is close to 2 subway lines. The room was in the adjacent newer building which often had a locked entrance, so getting to and from the room was a long process through the hallways past the restaurant and to the main entrance by reception. There are a few homeless tents under the overpass next to hotel but the area was safe overall.

Bra rom, rent og pent og god service

Excellent service. Arrived from Vancouver after a nine hour flight about 30 minutes early for check in. The girl behind the counter originally asked us to wait 30 minutes but when I said we were dying to get in and get washed up and have a nap after a red eye flight she got us in immediately and no extra charge. These little acts of kindness are what separates the good from the great places to stay.

This is by far the worst expitience i have ever had in a hotel. It was dirty, old, really crowded, really noisy. Never staying at a hilyon before.

Excellent hotel close to the underground and very clean

We stayed in a 3-bedroom suite. There was enough space for 5 of us. Mark and Spencer with some clothing and plenty of food options was just across the street. Access to Edgware and Paddington Stations were well within walking distance. Wonderful restaurants and convenience stores are also located conveniently nearby. If you want to dine at the hotel restaurants, Tyburn Kitchen was a favorite during our stay! All in all, wonderful hotel for a vacation!

Reception to clarify which tower as not clear, otherwise very quick and professional. Good range of shops and restaurants nearby

Very friendly greeting and really helpful staff

Facilities old. Had to change rooms, woke up to a wet carpet from a leak in the tub. 2 night stay needs renovations.

Overall a pretty good place for short term stay and site seeing for a couple.
