위치가 좋고 전망도 좋습니다. 출장으로 와서 짧게 지내긴 무난합니다. 재방문의사 있습니다.

West wing에 머물렀습니다. 객실은 괜찮았지만 화장실은 최악이었습니다.

For a Hilton hotel, left a lot lacking. Hotel was too big and you could feel the attention to detail was lacking. Rooms dated (which is fine) however house keeping was sub par. Lots of details missing such as not replacing cups or finish making beds. Rooms not sound proofed & lots of noise from air conditioning. Great location.

O quarto era bem confortável, espaçoso. Gostei da penteadeira . Cafe da manhã excelente muitas opções. Localização do hotel muito boa, do lado do metrô, muito restaurante por perto. O único inconveniente foi o ar condicionado. Deveria climatizar o quarto pois fui no inverno mas não funcionou e o quarto ficava bem frio. Apesar do técnico avaliar não resolveram o problema

Lounge menu a bit rubbish, the only good thing was one of the hot meals over a three night stay otherwise just cheese staff are EXCELLENT though!! Comfy beds, lovely bathroom and a nice big room Central to everywhere so easy to get around

My room was freezing cold. Outside would have been warmer, which is saying something for London in January. After leaving my bag there following my initial check-in, I returned late at night and it was so cold that if I had slept there I would surely have gotten sick. I was unable to raise the temperature and, after too long a wait (which was somewhat understandable given the late hour), maintenance was unable to fix it and I had to change room. And, of course, I was woken at 8:45am by housekeeping banging on the door because I hadn't left the Privacy sign outside the new room. All of my interactions with staff were friendly and I have no issues with any individual but no-one should ever have been put in that room.

The heating system is not working and we had to call the maintenance man to fix it and he couldn’t then they offered me a portable heater which helped a little bit to worm the room.

We thought the hotel was great in the lobby and restaurant and all the staff seemed lovely. Food had a wide variety and was delicious. Our room was tired and dusty, carpets were marked and wardrobe had damage near the tea station. Rubbish and food bits under the bed and had to ask for sofa bed bedding, as none was in the room, this took quite a while for it to arrive. The bathroom was letting off a dirty drain smell and we had to keep the door shut!

Excelente café da manhã . Quarto e corredores de acesso com aspecto envelhecido e sujo. Não usamos ar condicionado .

Got a Hilton hotel - my expectations were high. But this was a very ordinary stay. I was ignored by three different team members at check-in meaning I waited over 20 minutes.

The toilet door handle was broken, the carpet was worn and damaged, and the room felt generally untidy and unclean. Overall, the condition of the hotel did not reflect a four star standard at all, especially given the price of nearly two hundred pound per night. Check in was also disappointing. The receptionist was not welcoming and came across as rude, which made the experience even worse. Based on this stay, I would not choose to stay here again.

وجود رائحة مزعجه قليلا من الحمامات ، وكذلك عدم تجهيز الغرف بكامل المستلزمات الشخصيه

Yes,was not cleaned,checked,multiple items from previous guests found,waited,more than 12 hours,for housekeeping ,who did not arrive,dispite multiple calls,and promises to come,manager was called,stated was busy,very disappointed with stay

Buone la pulizia del stanza ma la soluzione per due adulti e due bambini mancava di un posto dove sistemare le valigie visto che il porta valigie era soltanto uno , buona la varietà della colazione ma non prendete la mezza pensione se dovete soggiornare più di 3 gg visto che a cena il menù era sempre lo stesso …. Si poteva scegliere uno starter tra 4 alternative( di cui. 2 insalate ) e un main tra 3 alternative con bevande escluse ( costo acqua da 75 cl 7 sterline e birra alla spina a 9 sterline) ; comunque una struttura un po datata ma ben tenuta .

Das beste Hotel in dem ich je war. Direkt an der UBahn. Habe mich gefühlt wie ein Millionär (bin ich nicht). Wenn ich Geld hätte würde ich das Hotel nochmal buchen

Room was very run down. Food left under the bed, loose taps plumbed in the wrong way in the bathroom.
