We stayed here for 3 days and 2 nights. The view was amazing. The room was clean, with a cool air conditioner. Their staffs are so friendly and helpful. The food was delicious and had so many varieties. My kids love the pool. This staycation was nice amazing! Keep up the good work.

I think my overall experience still be the same, it was a pleasant stay, and always satisfied with the team's friendly and warm welcoming you when you arrived, I donāt need to wait for a long time to check-in, and the team very responsive when you need this and that. Also this my second time tried the mobile key feature which is very awesome that you can have a key in your mobile phone also a chat feature that connects you to the hotel directly.

The room is very dirty and hot. The AC is not working, the sheets are dirty and moist. Thereās not shower.
The toilet is dirty, the towel is dirty.
The staff is very rude when I was checking in. Asking for deposit money and ID, holding both until I check-out. Saying that its their policy to hold at least one ID and deposit money.
Thereās no water and no nearby stores. They dont have kitchen.
Thereās no WiFi.
The worst is that I found the staff walking back and forth in front of my room every time I left the hotel.
The lock key position was moved, as if someone was trying to get into the room.
This is a stealing indication. I did not lose anything, but I was feeling very unsafe.

OYO 1377 Os Residence
It could be better. Staying here for 15 nights was almost perfect if they paid more attention to detail. On my last night staying, they forgot to clean up the room entirely, only the bed. The trash they forgot to take away. There was also another day when I got to the hotel, I found the floor mat on the top of my suitcase. Beside those two, everything was nice.
