The staff is so rude, we have problems while staying, AC broken, they don't wanna change it, even they asked me to upgrade to deluxe, with additional charges of 168 thousand rupiah.

It is really cheap for short stay in Medan. Receptionist was very helpful even though I arrived really late at night. You need to climb up stairs to get to room. Floor has some sand on it. Toilet and shower are functioning OK for me. Location is perfect to get around Medan. Sun Plaza mall is within short walking distance. Checking out early in the morning needs me to wake up the receptionist to get my IDR100000 key deposit refund. If you need cheap stay, this is the place to be.
